I seldom write a review mainly because it is rare I find someone to rave about. If I don't have anything nice to say, I'm not one to leave "bad" reviews - I just say nothing. Barry is the real deal. He is everything and more other people claim. He is professional, patient and kind. I hired Barry to change the locks at a Sheriff Eviction. It was an incredibly stressful situation that unfortunately dragged on for six (6) days. I stayed in contact with Barry every day as the Sheriff Deputy kept me in the loop as to what was happening. On day six, at 3:30 pm I got the call from the Deputy that said "get to the property now." I called Barry and he arrived minutes later. It took some time but eventually Barry was able to do this thing - change the locks and ensure the property was secured. It was not an easy task due to a massive hoarding situation in the home. Barry was practical in his approach and took every cost-cutting measure he could and still secure the property. In other words, no gouging or taking advantage! I recommend Barry without reservation.
