Pretty satisfied overall. Called the business to unlock a 2014 BMW that had the only key we owned locked in the trunk. The locksmith came out quickly and managed to unlock the car for $85. That didn't get us access to the trunk, so then he said he would try opening it by tapping into the car's computer if we were willing to pay if it worked. It did and we had what we thought would be a huge problem resolved in under an hour. Docking one star only because I think they should have just finished the job for the $85 rather than charging another $80. The dude shows up anyways and insists on doing the job and for $85. I told him no and I have someone already. He stood hard arguing with me about he should get the job that I told him no on the phone. The dude wouldn't leave and repeatedly asked how much the other guy was charging. I got novelty sword keys and was instructed to go specifically to a locksmith over places like home depot, 7eleven, etc. and that was definitely the right decision. I worked with Adam who you could tell right away that he knew what he was doing and he is genuinely very friendly.
