We are traveling across the US in our RV pulling our Jeep and stopped in Willcox for the night. On Wednesday, we took a ride to Chiricahua National Monument for a morning hike. When we started back down the mountain the serpentine belt broke and we needed a tow which took 4 hours to arrive. We had it towed to Buddyz in Willcox but arrived around 5 pm which is near closing time. The mechanic immediately began diagnosing the issue and discovered the water pump was bad and caused the belt to break. The local parts stores had to order them for next morning delivery. They completed the job by 2 pm on Thursday. I really like their service and hospitality. They gave us a ride to our RV and even picked me up on Thursday to get the car. The cost of the service was very reasonable considering they gave us such quick service because of our situation. We only lost one day of our vacation plans. Thanks Buddyz! read more

Was on a cross state run with a group of Polaris Slingshot riders. We had a radiator reservoir melt and crack on us an hour from town. Drove another unit back into town to go to auto shops that were not able to help. Stopped at Buddyz and Cody went above and beyond on getting us hooked up with a reservoir tank and extra hoses and loaned us tools to drive back to site and fix the problem. Drove the park and returned to Buddyz to return parts and tools used. Cody confirmed our work and added to it. The fix got us home to Phoenix. Quality Person and business. read more

My 82 year old mom was on a solo road trip 172 miles from home when she stopped for gas and acciendently put diesel in her RAV4 car (Texaco needs better signs) at 5pm on Saturday. We had to tow the car to a close mechanic quickly and before talking to a shop to check on schedules and ability. The car was towed to Buddyz and he had a busy week and still managed to fit us in an complete the repair by end of day Tuesday. They research how to drain the tank safely instead of charging us a pricey gas tank removal fee and fill up the car completely with proper gas to perform a thorough road test. Had a blowout about 4000 or so miles into a ridiculous road trip and I was a bit worried as it certainly seemed like I was in the middle of nowhere but I found this shop not too far off the interstate and they had the tire size I needed in stock and they got me back on the road in no time. During our family road trip our car axel and the ABS cable broke off. We were actually lucky to have found these guys. Even though they did not have the part there, they did find the parts for us and got it to there shop that same day. They were able to fix it and get us going after a couple of hours waiting. (Due to us waiting for parts) while waiting they were very accommodating to my family and my dogs!!! Highly recommend them!! our tire blew out on I-10 and we realized all the tires were cracking. We called, they said they had the tires, we got there within an hour and they immediately helped us! While traveling in early June from Las Cruces NM enroute to Blythe CA on a fire detail I kept losing air in the back tire of my rental car. I exited the highway first chance I had; it was recommended that I go to BuddyZ. I was greeted by the friendliest employee (Cody rings a bell) and the owner of this little garage, Toby. They immediately pulled the tire to find out that I had picked up a nail and the tire was not repairable as it had pierced the sidewall as well. They had the right size tire to replace this and get me back on the road so quickly. It took me longer to talk to Enterprise and my home unit to figure out the repairs than it did for this young man to dismount and mount a new tire. I thank them SO much from the bottom of my heart for taking care of things for me so expediently and getting me back on the road. They made the whole nerve-wracking debacle so stress free, I appreciate you both. THANK YOU! We had a blowout on our way through Arizona. We called Buddyz's and they quoted us a reasonable price. After arriving the tech took the tire out for me. He looked at the rim and stated it wasn't damaged at all. Much less the cost than quoted. He put on our new tire and helped me put it back in the truck. The entire experience is just worth sharing. We are not locals and they could have took advantage of our need but They didn't. This is a 5 star business. We took the spare to be fixed as well before we get back on the road. read more

We pulled off the highway for gas and food. A young man told us our rear tire was almost flat. We went and put air in and heard the loud horrible hissing of a leak. Pulled on to autozone and they told us to go to Buddyz down the road about a mile, but they were about to close. The gentleman there pulled the tire put the air and saw the side blown out. Told us it was not fixable. He checked to see if he had a used tire that would work for us. He did not have one. He did put our spare on and got is on our way very quickly. Driving home to Texas from San Diego..... 2am and I threw a bearing 12 miles from Wilcox (middle of no where, USA)....the tow truck driver, Brian, with Barrett's towing was so awesome. Not only could he have gauged me on the tow (my dodge 2500 and 20' flatbed) and just drop me anywhere I said, he made arrangements for the shop Buddyz, to open up on Xmas eve and get me rolling. I really can't put into perspective to anyone what my whole experience was, as everyone has their own, but I was treated like a customer, respected, and could tell that Brian main interest was getting me home for Xmas with my kids. I couldn't have done any of this in Dallas. Please hold my opinion to the highest value, when I say, this is the best I've ever been treated from any wrecker service and or repair shop. Do not get work done here the owner son is incompetent put my tow package on wrong missing bolts and used Rusty bolts not even rated for what should have been there he is incompetent and he refused to let me talk to Buddy and hung up the phone on me and did not reimburse me of my hundreds of dollars he owes me read more

Drove down from Tucson to Apple Annie's, unfortunately 2 miles away from Apple Annie's the car decided it didn't want to go on. We called the shop and told them we needed help. We turned around and headed there! They were able to get us in right away, and start working on the car. It took 2 and half hours to fix but between Toby, Cody and Bo they took care of us as quick as they could! They were able to fix the problem and did their best to make us comfortable and keep us entertained.
