When we started back down the mountain the serpentine belt broke and we needed a tow which took 4 hours to arrive. We had it towed to Buddyz in Willcox but arrived around 5 pm which is near closing time. The mechanic immediately began diagnosing the issue and discovered the water pump was bad and caused the belt to break. The local parts stores had to order them for next morning delivery. They completed the job by 2 pm on Thursday. I really like their service and hospitality. They gave us a ride to our RV and even picked me up on Thursday to get the car. The cost of the service was very reasonable considering they gave us such quick service because of our situation. We only lost one day of our vacation plans. Thanks Buddyz!

Drove another unit back into town to go to auto shops that were not able to help. Stopped at Buddyz and Cody went above and beyond on getting us hooked up with a reservoir tank and extra hoses and loaned us tools to drive back to site and fix the problem. Drove the park and returned to Buddyz to return parts and tools used. Cody confirmed our work and added to it. The fix got us home to Phoenix. Quality Person and business.

So I call up my husband via Siri and ask him to find me a place to have this checked out. He calls Super Lube Plus in Benson, AZ. I had about 8 miles to go, so I basically took it slow around 55-60 with my lights flashing so the other semis and cars would not think I was crazy driver. I arrive to Super Lube and immediately they greet me and ask me to wait inside while they check my car. The oil level was about 2/3. And I had no leaks. So they were thinking it was a sensor. They put in a bit more oil to just to see if the sensor liked it with a bit more oil. These gentlemen were awesome! So polite and helpful. Explained and showed me the level and didn't want to charge me for the service. I shook their hands and told them how grateful I was for them and their help. It is a huge peace of mind to arrive at a place you are using as an emergency and feel so thankful for their professionalism! Thank you so much for your help today!!

I took my Infiniti QX80 to Integrity Automotive & Diesel expecting an honest, evidence-based…read morediagnosis. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but that. They kept my vehicle for two days and charged me for a diagnostic. However, the report they provided states there were no active, pending, or history transmission codes, the technician could not duplicate the concern, and no issues were detected while monitoring live transmission data during the road test. The only documented finding was that a small sample of transmission fluid appeared dark and burnt. From there, the technician wrote that they believed it could be an internal transmission issue and recommended replacing the entire transmission. What is missing from the report is just as important as what is included. There is no documentation that the transmission had failed, no confirmation of internal damage, no evidence of metal shavings or clutch material, no hydraulic pressure testing, no testing confirming a failed torque converter, and no objective evidence supporting such a major repair recommendation. I later discovered that Integrity Automotive & Diesel does not have the manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment needed to fully diagnose an Infiniti transmission. Had they been honest about that from the beginning, I would have taken my vehicle to a shop that could properly diagnose it instead of paying for an opinion. To make matters worse, this opinion was reported to Carfax, creating a record based on a diagnosis that was never confirmed through testing. Integrity is built on honesty, transparency, and evidence. Based on my experience, I did not receive those things. I expected a diagnosis supported by facts--not assumptions. I cannot recommend this shop.
