May 7, 2020 (date of review-original post on Facebook) Brian and Eric are extremely knowledgeable and professional auto technicians! They uphold a business of high integrity and demand. I had dubbed my almost new Nissan a clunker as every bump was worse than hitting a pothole. The front end was literally falling apart and when it was in for repair, It was discovered that a bushing was bad or out of place. Car was repaired and now it drives more like a Cadillac; no more bumps or clunks. Thank you from an extremely satisfied customer! They have my trust and I will be back. In May 2017, I got a flat on my trailer out by Cochise Stronghold. I drove 30 miles to Mills. They sold me a car tire, which is wider and shorter than a trailer tire for $134. When I drove back and installed the tire, it immediately crumpled to the ground, not holding any air. When I went back to Mills and asked for advice as to what might be the problem, the manager immediately started losing his temper and screaming at me, using profanity. I tried to remain calm since I was in dire straits and told him I wasn't blaming him I just needed some help and wanted his opinion on what might be the problem. He continued to yell and scream until I left to seek help somewhere else. At a Discount Tire, I was told that I had been sold a car tire instead of a trailer tire which is wider and shorter and would never hold air on a trailer rim. When passing back through Willcox later that month I tried to return the tire that I had purchased. Once again I was treated terribly, screamed at by the manager who had sold me the wrong tire and treated like dirt. When I matched his volume, he really got enraged, lunged forward, struck me in the chest and shoved me back with all of his might. I only weigh about 145 pounds and the manager weighs in at about 300lbs. I flew back and nearly lost my footing. Of course, I immediately called the police who responded quite quickly. When the police arrived, the manager had hastily closed up the shop, closed all of the doors and service bays, pretending to be closed. After the officer spoke with the manager of Mills tire, Officer Williams returned to me and informed me that the only way that I could bring charges against the manager was to accept charges of criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct against myself. The manager had lied to the police officer, saying that I was inside of the service bay without his permission and refused to leave. While I was, in fact, standing at the opening of the service bay, since he would not come out to discuss the erroneous tire sale with me outside. I had been instructed by his employee to go and speak with the manager and was simply following instructions. Now I am being charged, after being attacked and swindled. I have to go back to Willcox in late June for court hearing but at least I will be able to testify against this angry troll bully. Do yourself a favor and avoid this tire shop like the plague. Especially if you are in an emergency situation. Just got off the phone with my credit card and disputing the charge. I was told that the funds would be frozen and that Mills would be charged for the dispute process! Thank goodness for credit cards. They really can protect you from fraudulent businesses! read more

I was driving home to Texas, passing through AZ, and my car hit a big pot hole and needed a new tire. No other tire shop within a 40 mile radius of Wilcox had my tire, and neither did Mills tire BUT that's where owner of Mills rose to the occasion. Above and beyond my expectations Amber (Co-shop owner) and her family run shop offered to the give me the tire off her son's mustang just so I could get home but it wasn't a fit. She called and asked around searching for a used tire even if it came off a family members car. Eventually she devised a plan to have her other son drive an hour out to Tucson to get me a tire and bring it back for installation If you're ever wondered if there are good people out there. Brian has had our truck for over 6 months and has still not fixed our transmission issue. I wouldn't bring a big wheel here to be fixed! If you are that crappy of a mechanic that you can't fix something in 6 months, you shouldn't be in business. STAY AWAY! read more

I was in Wilcox for a meeting of my service club. I ran over a rock and put a gash in my oil pan. I went to the nearest car repair, which was Mills Tire. Even though it was after their closing time, Brian put my car on the lift and told me that I needed a new oil pan. He immediately started calling his suppliers to find one for me. He located one in Tucson and his mother drove to Tucson and back to get it! This was on a Friday night. If he hadn't acted so quickly, I would have had to stay in Wilcox until at least Monday when the suppliers would be open again. He fixed my car the next morning and I was very pleased with the result. I was stunned by the exceptional service he gave to a stranger. I have never had such a great experience in a repair shop. I wish I lived in Wilcox instead of Glendale so I could have Brian work on my car all the time! read more
