When we started back down the mountain the serpentine belt broke and we needed a tow which took 4 hours to arrive. We had it towed to Buddyz in Willcox but arrived around 5 pm which is near closing time. The mechanic immediately began diagnosing the issue and discovered the water pump was bad and caused the belt to break. The local parts stores had to order them for next morning delivery. They completed the job by 2 pm on Thursday. I really like their service and hospitality. They gave us a ride to our RV and even picked me up on Thursday to get the car. The cost of the service was very reasonable considering they gave us such quick service because of our situation. We only lost one day of our vacation plans. Thanks Buddyz!

Drove another unit back into town to go to auto shops that were not able to help. Stopped at Buddyz and Cody went above and beyond on getting us hooked up with a reservoir tank and extra hoses and loaned us tools to drive back to site and fix the problem. Drove the park and returned to Buddyz to return parts and tools used. Cody confirmed our work and added to it. The fix got us home to Phoenix. Quality Person and business.

A local auto parts store referred us to Joe but cautioned that he may be too busy to help us. We arrived at 7am and Joe told us he'd try to look at it but could not guarantee he'd be able to repair it that day. I told him we needed to check in with the church if we weren't going to make it to Houston on time since the church closed at 9. He suggested I call as he could not guarantee a time. My husband and I went to a nearby park and began rescheduling our trip. We were heartbroken to think we would not be able to go to Houston. To our surprise, Joe called at 11:30am (just 4.5 hours later) and informed us that our car was ready to go! When we picked it up, he gave us a great deal and were able to get back on the road to Houston! Joe went out of his way to help us and because of his kindness we were able to assist in repairing 8 homes in the Houston community! Came into the shop and it turns out they don't use other parts besides their own. I had to tow my wife's car here because it wouldn't start and they upsold the crap out of me on a new "certified" starter part. Told me they would give me a military discount over the phone but didn't honor it at the store as my "service was ineligible for the discount". I overpaid which was fine since Sierra Vista is really limited, but what really upset me is that they didn't put the cover over the starter and left it exposed. This lead to another issue a couple of days later and they didn't want to take responsibility because the car was out of the shop and not their problem. DO NOT RECOMMEND. ESPECIALLY SOLDIERS THAT HAVE TIME SENSITIVE ASSIGNMENTS.
