So we went to Kelly's Transmissions - the first report could have been better as the part was on backorder, and they had no time estimate. Ray and I discussed looking for aftermarket or other alternatives. To make a long story short - working with Ray was a pleasure. He was straight up with no feeble excuses. I have known these professionals for over a year, but it's obvious they are committed to benefiting customers and those seeking quality work, too.
