I had a tree that broke onto a friend's car in my yard so I needed to prune it way back. It was a city tree that had grown into my property so I called the city and found out I was not allowed to touch it yet I had to pay to prune or cut it. I got 4 estimates and Budget was the best deal so I just decided to do it because I was sick of fighting with the city. Abigail (receptionist/secretary) became my friend with her knowledge and keeping me in in the "know". The city became frustrating to the company as well. The office staff was unbelievably helpful in getting our job expedited. They were very knowledgeable and really made things happen. The work was done quickly and in a very professional manner. The arborist and his crew took the extra time to make sure we were satisfied with their work. Also a shout out to the stump grinding crew that worked most of the day in the rain but did such a great job. We had a significant windstorm and there were trees down around town, so I know the team was BUSY! We had a 100' pine crash down across the yard and driveway and we were blocked in. They were here within a few hours and made fast work of the job, clearing the tree and all the branches and debris. Climbed another tree that was damaged by the falling tree to trim off the broken limbs. Even had guys out with leaf blowers to clean up every bit of debris and left the place looking great.
