I have reached out to Jason several times in the last few weeks/months and he still has not responded. Needless to say, I have filed a claim for a full refund thru the corporate office. We have reached out several times to Jason after we ordered our blinds in early July of this year and were told it would take 6 - 8 weeks for our blinds to arrive. We have reached out to Jason several times in the last few weeks, including last week on Friday to advise that we would be submitting for a full refund (filing a claim for goods not received with our banking institution, as well as getting an attorney involved) and he still has not responded. Needless to say, we have filed a claim for a full refund. Do not do business with him - he will steal your money and not respond to you. If he was a part of the better business bureau, we would turn him in. Instead, we will look for other ways, including through Budget Blinds to report him. During installation, an electrical wire was hit And we lost power. I called my salesperson just to let him know but there was no response. The blinds themselves do not deliver what was promised. They don't block the sunlight and after 1 week they are malfunctioning. We've called our salesperson multiple times but he doesn't answer. I am now going to take him to small claims court Since he doesn't return my calls. I would NOT recommend wasting your money on this company due to poor quality and no after purchase service. read more

I placed an order for roller shades Feb 2025, it is now the end of August 2025 and still have not received the shades that we paid for in full, $3500! The communication with this company has been absolutely horrible! I had reached out to Jason wondering where our shades were at the end of April 2025. Jason told me that our shades were moving through production, that there were some delays a couple weeks back that delayed production, but they were moving now. The end of June 2025 came, still no shades or communication of where our shades are from this company. I reached out again to Jason asking about where our order is. Jason responded saying that he thought he reached out to me saying they were moving through production and thanks for being patient! This was back in April when I reached out to him and he said they were moving through production! It is now the end of August 2025 and still have not received our roller shades! Very Very disappointed in the process. We were excited to work with Jason on covering all the windows in our new home. He came out and measured during construction so we could get them ordered and available once we moved in. Over $20K in blinds! Installation was delayed slightly (ok, no problem), they look great. So why the 1 star? Well, we were missing some valences (3 to be exact) and ONE WHOLE WINDOW of coverings (would be 2 sets of blinds). We had installation at the end of October, its FEBRUARY we have no blinds and no contact. We first attempted follow up back in November for an update and have made MULTIPLE attempts to call and email since then - For our 6 emails and numerous phone calls, we have got 2 responses. We were told in late January that there are some parts on back order for the blinds that we were not told were an issue back when the others were installed. We were not informed or offered any other options, refund, nothing - simply no response. Our mistake to PAY in FULL at time of ordering the products, now they have our money and we still don't have our products. Buyer beware. We can not recommend this company at this time to provide any services. Its really too bad, we are living in a new development with lots of houses that will need blinds and we will tell people to avoid them. read more

Absolutely AWESOME customer service. We bought blinds from this store in 2009. We had several problems with one of the blinds (a manufacturing defect), and each time, Joy, at Budget Blinds, stepped up and did whatever it took to get Hunter Douglas to fix the blinds at no cost to me. She is very knowledgeable about the products she sells and she has very good customer service skills. She was instrumental in convincing Hunter Douglas to replace the defective window blind with a new one, at no cost. I highly recommend this company. I've never given 5 stars to any other business. read more
