They worked with us, around us, for us in ALL the ways it helped. Our lawn guy was slow responding - they had their guy do our yard. Our handyman was delayed; they arranged for theirs. It was important for us to know all we didn't to fix in advance - I didn't want to put a lemon on the market. They arranged for pre-inspection, repairs, painting, etc. We left a mess moving out, so they arranged for thorough cleaning, then repainting/repairs. We left stuff at the house (in a rush); JenniFred took care of packing and prepping it for us to transport. The staging was AMAZING! All of our neighbors were in awe. It's INCLUDED in the commission - not an extra perk many places charge. We had ideas, and they listened to us. But they also have a very experienced team and we so trusted their judgment.
