Not sure what the deal is, but this place was way disorderly. Unshoppable it was so disorderly, aisle after aisle. The staff "looked" busy and was nice and all, it was dead in there customer-wise, but the place was a tee-total disaster area. Check out my attached pics. It's my unscientific impression that these sorts of levels of mess are not the blame of the "shoppers", or the staff. It's management, management, management. Anyway, glad this isn't our home location (was just shopping while dealing with A&M stuff), and I feel sorry for the locals who have to deal with it. Wow. read more

12.28.23 The stars are mainly for the young man who was at the register when I paid. I really like At Home store. They have just about everything. I normally shop at the Cypress Location but I was in the area and decided to stop in thinking they might have a different selection. It was 3 days after Christmas & of course their Xmas decor was 50% off. I looked but did not see anything I needed/wanted. I headed to the kitchen area. My first thought was "this was on sale at the Cypress store but not here." That same thought popped in my head over and over. I was looking for something to store blankets in. I found one that I liked and BONUS it rang up on sale but was not marked on sale. I also have been looking for a cute silver tray to put my keys/sunglasses on when I get home. This was a great find-it was 50% off. (See photo) The young man at the cash register was polite, happy and friendly. Very pleasant young man. Overall, I like At Home but my favorite location I think is the Cypress location but I will still stop here when I am in the area. Oh, don't forget to put I your reward number. Huge store with a wide variety of furniture! About the side of a hardware superstore (this very well may have been a L or HD previously), At Home is chocked full of things for inside and outside your home. While some other stores might have a dining room set or two, or 3-4 kinds of barstools, this place had maybe 50-60+ styles of stools, and maybe a dozen or so dining sets. Chairs on chairs on chairs. Sofas, mirrors, candles, wall coverings, beds + mattresses, seasonal goods, and more. There are a few deals right up front when you walk in. Ex, a C-table for $20 off reg price. Many clearance deals. Green stripe 25% off and red stripe 50% off. Make it rain deals, y'all! Let's talk rugs! Man, so many floor coverings going on here. Small rugs, big rugs, kitchen rugs, bathroom rugs, living room giant rugs, and many in the $20-70 range. Don't know that I saw one over $100. Some sets for $30. Come get a small square of carpet that you will use on your hardwood floor that you specifically got because you didn't want carpet! Lastly, plants! Tons of fake plants that you don't have to worry about killing - yeah, all my non-green thumbs out there, rejoice! So, come get a fake ficus to focus up your feng shui without the accompanying crippling sadness of why you can't keep a simple plant alive and how it's a metaphor for you life. Yeah! Will definitely be back for some furniture. Already bought a rug. And maybe a plant. Or two. Just wish there was some office furniture. Absolutely terrible customer service. Lise was the most rude and unprofessional person I've talked to that works in retail. I left after waiting 20 minutes for my pick up item. This morning I was charged for that item I didn't pick up. After calling the store, I was told they accidentally marked it as picked up but it was still sitting in the back. Zack, the store manager, refused to refund it and would not even ship it to me to attempt to resolve their blunder. I'm now having to file a complaint with the BBB to get my money back. Update: I finally got a refund from corporate after filing the BBB complaint. It really shouldn't have taken those measures to get it done. The manager (Zack) needs to be taught how to properly deal with the stores' mistakes. read more

Came in to buy a picture frame, asked a worker where they were and she rudely pointed us in the direction followed by loudly reprimanding another worker stocking shelves. At checkout, we were never greeted, the same woman that was reprimanding the other worker came up to the counter the same time as us and began reprimanding THAT worker as well about a recent return from another customer. During this exchange our item was scanned, I paid, and the arguing only stopped once to ask if I was a rewards member before they got back to it. Extremely unprofessional behavior, even though we were the only customers in the store there still should be some kindness exchanged to those shopping there. Will not be going back. read more
