I was put on hold while the lady checked my reservation and then told that I could return the car by noon for NO PENALTY. I thought that this was really great and agreed, but did not ask for the employee's name. When I dropped off the car I was charged for an extra full day, and nobody seemed to know who was working the night before or who might have told me that I wouldn't have to pay extra if I returned the car by noon. But I swear on all I hold dear that if this had been explained properly I would have made the early return and there would be no problem. I would NEVER have agreed to pay for a full day. But now I guess I'm out of luck. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU! DON'T RENT FROM THIS PLACE. The poor reviews here are remarkably consistent and the good ones appear to come from friends of management. Put me in a rental that was above what I was approved for and according to them it was because of State Farm although State Farm indicated they changed the amount approved based on my car. Asked me to call State Farm instead of do their job. Gave me a $45 credit after spending $200 plus for a service I didn't need and doing their job for them. I would never recommend this place to anyone, I'd rather walk in 10 inches of snow than rent from here. And had multiple people calling me knowing I'm a disgruntled customer. Don't rent from here unless you got time to do their job and want to be bent over with no vaseline.
