We've also noticed clacking or clicking noises from the brakes and front suspension when turning or braking, which is concerning in a new vehicle. Dealership visits often end with "operating as designed" or promises of future updates, while the vehicle remains out of service. Cadillac needs to address these issues. The VISTIQ has strong potential, but current software and quality problems overshadow it. If you're considering one, wait for improvements or test it carefully. Many early owners report similar issues. A great-looking vehicle isn't enough if it isn't reliable.

However, the moment the purchase was complete, the customer service completely disappeared. We purchased our vehicle in April and were even required to arrange shipping ourselves--something other dealerships we've worked with have always handled. Months later, we are still waiting for our tags. Getting anyone to respond has been nearly impossible. No one will call us directly; communication is limited to email, and every delay comes with another excuse. First, the person handling our paperwork was on vacation. Then we were told it was delayed because it was the end of the month. Now we've been informed that the FedEx package containing our tags has been lost somewhere in the dealership. At this point, there has been a complete lack of accountability, urgency, and customer service. Once they have your money, don't expect the same level of attention you received before the sale. If you have other options, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that value their customers both before and after the sale.

It should be noted that this was my 3rd vehicle purchase within about 12 years from this dealership. About 6 months ago I got a notice in the mail from Brickell Motors with a very attractive trade-in offer for my existing vehicle and I saw some great deals advertised on the internet for a new one I wanted. I came in for a service visit and met with Jackie in sales. That day we were just too far apart on the numbers and didn't reach a deal. The trade-in this dealership actually offered when I came here was much lower than the one they'd mailed to me - I was told that was due to "lawyer speak" and fine print in the ad they'd sent me. Also, the pricing I'd seen on the internet for the vehicle I wanted required that I lease it which I never do, and had a few other conditions that left me out. That said, even though we couldn't make the deal work that day, the one thing that struck me about Jackie was his honesty. When I was serious about buying again recently, I came here for an oil change and inspection and explained that while my vehicle was being serviced I wanted to see about buying a new vehicle while trading my existing one. I'd done my research on the price of the vehicle I wanted and knew what my trade was worth, I'd already been in contact with another GM dealer and had an appointment to see them the following day. Whichever of the 2 dealerships made me a better deal, would get the sale. Jorge Carta came to meet with me first, looked at my vehicle, took me to his office and put together a solid offer for the trade. He then took me to see Jackie the salesman who I knew from before. Unfortunately the vehicle I'd seen on the internet had been sold, but they had 2 similar ones in stock in the color I wanted, but with a few more options. We took a similar model for a test drive, and on the way back to the dealership, we stopped at one of Brickell Motors' storage lots to grab the one I was actually interested in. Their first offer wasn't terrible, but it was higher than where I needed to be financially, and the vehicle came with options like a heated steering wheel and seats which are unnecessary in South Florida. I asked Jackie if any other dealerships in the area had the exact model and features I wanted and he did look, but also thought he could make an agreeable deal for the one they had in stock. He met with his manager a second time, came back and made an offer that was solid and we shook on it. He filled it up with gas, had it cleaned and serviced, sent me to see the finance person to sign all the paperwork and I was out the door in my shiny new vehicle within about an hour after we agreed on the deal. My insurance covered 75% of my vehicle and my GAP claim was denied by ENTERPRISE CAR SALES for being a "commercial vehicle" never once have I drove the vehicle for any company's or drive shares so I don't understand I've spoken to them in person and sound reasonable claiming they can get my GAP agreement reversed which was a lie it's October now and this happened in February still without a car and paying for a car I do not currently have in my possession RIDICULOUS

The salesperson Charlie constantly changed his story about the car I wanted. First it was available then suddenly it was "sold" then days later it appeared online again. When I went to the dealership they wasted hours of my time with excuses about financing staffing and delays. Even after agreeing to the deal they refused to release the car unless I brought a cashier's check so they literally made me take an Uber to a bank and come back. Spending close to $500,000 and being treated this way is unacceptable for any dealership especially Ferrari. The problems continued after delivery. They sold the car with only one key and promised the second key in two days. Weeks passed and nothing. After a month they suddenly claimed the key had to be ordered. When I asked for help the salesperson said "I'm just the salesperson" and refused to take responsibility. Managers did not return calls until I escalated the issue. I was also promised the Ferrari miniature model which never arrived. On top of that the car still was not properly showing in insurance and DMV systems weeks after purchase and the finance department kept saying they would "handle it" without doing anything. This dealership showed shocking incompetence poor communication and zero respect for clients. I have purchased Ferraris before and never experienced anything close to this level of unprofessionalism. I will never buy another car from here and I strongly warn others to avoid this place
