My elderly father took his 2018 Honda Accord in for Tires, only to be tricked into A slough of dealership scams which included: Brake fluid service 41.41, Brake fluid replacement 116.51, Engine Treatment 24.51,Fuel Treatment 27.89, Oil system cleaning 23.66, Battery maintenance 39.95 and so on! Please beware of this scam and shame on you for taking advantage of the elderly!

Terrible experience stay clear of this Honda dealership internet sales & especially disastrous finance department. I leased a vehicle here about 3 weeks ago & had to go there 6 or 7 times cause of their inefficiencies. The vehicle was in progress to be delivered so I provided a deposit to reserve it & paperwork was done thru HFS, none of this dealerships add ons (6k) were disclosed to us intentionally jacking up the price & payment only later when I requested a detail did they disclose add ons. The Honda vehicle we traded in/SOLD to Braman Honda still has not been paid & showing as past due on our HFS account incredibly This vehicle also was delivered missing the cheap cloth 3rd row floor mats.

Update to my review from 2 years ago below: DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!! I have been getting my oil changed here since that incident ( that was only bolted up, never offered to replace the splash guard that THEY caused me to badly scratch up and deform) and I hear the same scraping sound while driving at a high speed and go back to the dealer to get this fixed today. I explained the same thing happened to me before and I know it's due to them changing the oil and not tightening the bolts properly. The employee said it could not be done without charge and wanted me to pay $170 to fix my splash guard that was deformed, low and loose now. I am extremely annoyed and highly suggest you find any other place to get your oil changed because they will cause you to ruin your splash guard and then want to charge you later on. My splash guard should have been replaced free of charge. Untrustworthy and not a happy customer. I will advise everyone DO NOT CHANGE YOUR OIL HERE! Review from December 2020: This review is about their service department. First oil change, everything went great excellent service. Went in on a Saturday so I did have to wait 2 hours but that's because it was busy. Three months later, I went in for my second oil change. Went in at around 5:30 pm on a Friday and this time the oil change took around 45 minutes to be completed. I left that day thinking everything was fine, my oil was changed and I was ready to take a road trip on Sunday. WAS I WRONG Saturday night, as I was driving on the turnpike 65+ mph, I hear a loud scraping noise and immediately pull over. Turns out after they changed my oil (guessing they just wanted to do a quick job since they stop servicing at 7) they didn't screw my engine cover back in properly and here I was On the highway, had to use a freaking mask to hold the cover up and got off the highway somehow. Extremely dangerous situation and now my engine cover was COMPLETELY scraped. Had to take my trip in ANOTHER car because they weren't open until Monday. When they sent me their text to check how their service was I told them I was extremely disappointed and they told me to come in. They did look into my car and screw it back in PROPERLY this time but with the same scratched cover I have now because of an error THEY Had. No apology or credit for future service was given as a way of apology for something that could have caused a major accident on the highway. What's done is done but PLEASE make sure to mention to double check they screwed in the cover properly on your next oil change because you do not want the same thing to happen to you.

I have been to this dealership a few times in my life, for recalls service and inquires about used and new cars. Earlier this month I went by myself to check out the cars on the sales floor. I approached the front desk to see if I could speak to someone, but they were on another planet and chatting with each other. I kindly asked one of the ladies for help and she apologized, saying she did not see me. The salesperson, Javier, met with me, and was very professional, ready to make a deal. He showed me the 2 White Honda Fit EX's that they have in inventory at the garage. We test drove one of them. He asked me what number does he have to beat, so I showed him a quote that I received from another dealership. We negotiated, he went to ask his manager about my offers, got my car key to get it appraised, and settled on $21,500 out-the-door cost with my current car traded-in ($1k). I negotiated to $20k-$21k, but he would not budge, so I decided to leave to. Javier told me that my budget is for used cars and showed me some used cars listings on his device. He explained that they cannot sell cars for less than what they purchased them for because then the dealerships does not make any profit. Understandable. After some more researching, I looked into used cars. I went on different websites/apps and found a Certified Honda Fit EX at Braman Honda. My cousin accompanied me to the dealership to inquire and test drive it. I spoke to Rolando, a salesperson who said he has been in the industry for 20+ years. When I told him I am here for the used Fit, he immediately knew which car I was talking about. He said they just got this fresh trade and the woman who had the car traded her car for a bigger Honda model. He also said that a woman almost purchased the car but she had bad credit. He was very enthusiastic, explained all the features while we test drove, and had his manager appraise my car. The manager, Justino, said my a/c doesn't work. I said yes it just happened few days ago but I have the a/c refrigerant to charge it. While sitting at a desk waiting for the price breakdown and Carfax paperwork, I thought of more questions to ask Rolando about the warranty. He gave me the paperwork and I wrote down my notes on one of the papers. He showed us that the car was originally $3k more, but they had an Internet Special that brought the price down. When I started negotiating calmly, I started with $10k. Rolando looked at me, laughed, and walked to Justino's glass office saying something like, listen to what they are offering. Justino walked towards my cousin and I with an angry expression and yelled at us, saying something like, "You are a joke, you don't have the money! Who do you think you are?!" Rolando seemed to be trying to alleviate the situation by saying, "What if we do 14--" and the manager immediately interrupted him, snatched the paperwork out of my hands, and pointed to the price--almost punching a hole through it and yelled, "No! We are sticking to our number! You are wasting our time, we are closing." I stayed calm but was shocked at their responses. I felt discriminated against and was talked down to. I hope that this manager does not treat all customers like this because it is really bad for the business and Honda. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that maybe he had a rough day, but that doesn't give him any right to treat us this way. When we were leaving, Rolando said he can sell it for $16k out-the-door. I said ok and had him write down the number on a piece of paper just in case. I said I would think about it but did not want to proceed because of how rude the manager was. Rolando said the car is a really great deal and it will not last. I thanked him for his time. The next day, he called right at 9am asking when do I plan to go in, I said I am not sure because I am working. He replied, "Oh, you work?" I said, yes, but if I were to make the purchase, I do not want Justino to get a penny from it because he was very rude. Rolando tried to defend his manager, saying there must have been a misunderstanding but he doesn't want to lose this sale, and the manager is off today. He pleaded. I said would try to make it. An older Hispanic male friend accompanied me to the dealership, to witness what could happen if the staff were to be rude again. Rolando greeted me and told me that another salesperson had just sold that car, so I was too late. He reminded me that he tried to tell me not to leave the deal yesterday. I said Justino was very rude. I also met Enrique, another manager who was nicer, who I thought only deals with new cars. He spoke to me about trying to find me another deal. Then I saw Javier and Rolando speaking in the distance. I did not know that the same salesperson can sell both used and new cars. That was on me. The interactions I experienced at this business definitely had discrimination, microaggressions, microinsults, microinvalidations, and/or microassults.

However, the moment the purchase was complete, the customer service completely disappeared. We purchased our vehicle in April and were even required to arrange shipping ourselves--something other dealerships we've worked with have always handled. Months later, we are still waiting for our tags. Getting anyone to respond has been nearly impossible. No one will call us directly; communication is limited to email, and every delay comes with another excuse. First, the person handling our paperwork was on vacation. Then we were told it was delayed because it was the end of the month. Now we've been informed that the FedEx package containing our tags has been lost somewhere in the dealership. At this point, there has been a complete lack of accountability, urgency, and customer service. Once they have your money, don't expect the same level of attention you received before the sale. If you have other options, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that value their customers both before and after the sale.

I wish I could give ZERO stars!!!…read more Absolute disgrace. I can't believe I even bothered with this company. A large 15 passenger van was booked in February and was paid in FULL. I call tonight November 20th (nearly 8 1/2 months after paying in FULL) to confirm my reservation, and to my surprise there are no vans available. Adding to the flame, the representative could care less about my problem. So let me ask....What am I to do with 15 people, 12 hours before my trip? Am I supposed to fly them to our destination??? Is Budget Car Rentals going to pay in FULL for all 15 flights just like they promised a van that I "payed" for??? I DO NOT recommend this untrustworthy company to ANYONE. Doesn't matter how "good" their price may seem, that's how they get you in order to destroy your family vacation. I guess that's why it's called "Budget" Car Rentals. You must ADJUST your budget and expectations several months after a deceitful purchase. I've posted on every social media, told every person I know, and warning you (those reading this review) DO NOT USE BUDGET CAR RENTALS unless you want your plans to be a complete failure!!!!

Later I made a change in the reservation and the price dropped, therefore I was supposed to get the difference refunded to my credict card. Yeah sure! Well, I get to this location in Miami and they told me there was no car for me, nothing, zero, just like that. The guy just went inside and left me there alone at the counter dealing with Customer Service on the phone. Customer Service tells me that I had to go to the S. Dixie Hwy location because the inventory showed many of cars available there. I got to that location (by this time I was almost 2 hours late) and the guy there says: "no, who said we have cars available? We only have 1 minivan". Unacceptable! I just could not believe it. I end up visiting a third location now, the airport. Finally, they tell me they have a car for me, and the person there says they have to hold $382.00 in case the car gets stolen or something happens to it. I found that weird, but I accepted the "hold" because he assured me many times that was not a charge, that it was only a hold for the reasons just mentioned. In the meantime a tourist from Spain was screaming and warning all the customers that were standing in line about this company, because she had just been charged a ridiculous amount of money even though she had already paid her reservation in Spain. She kept saying "they are thieves, be careful! They just stole my money". Still I called Customer Service again, and they confirmed that the airport had messed up. That such amount was not only a hold, but that they had just modified my rate. What???? So they opened a case for me to follow up on my return. Time to return the car to the original location. The lady there was in training, so she was very lost (I felt bad for her because she was alone). She wanted to charge me the $382.00. She couldn't even find the case # in the system. I could not believe it! But she was helpful. She called her manager so that I could speak with him over the phone. This guy was the first person that really understood my frustration and tried to help. He tried to modify the rate but was having some difficulties with the system. The following day I don't see a refund, I see another charge of $30.00. Anyways, to make the story short (yes, this is a "short" version of everything), FINALLY I show the right charge on my credit card. This rental experience was a real nightmare. Pay more money, rent with Dollar, Enterprise, whatever other company, but it's not worthy to pay less money to go through so much ordeal.

SCAMMERS ALERT , DONT LOSE YOU MONEY…read more I bought an used car from then on Saturday ,after business hours, we were the last to leave, the seller told me and my husband the car was old but in great conditions , carfax certified , clean title, etc. The seller also mentioned if we do the regular maintenance it would last a long time because it was on great conditions, so we paid in full and left. We got home, one hour later we turn the car on and all the computer lights turned on, we freaked out because it had not been like that when we left the dealer, we also noticed a weird cracking sound on the engine when we turned it on and off, when pressing the break the car started to vibrate, all weird and uncertain to us since we know nothing about mechanics, plus the fan would stay running more than 10 min after the car had been turned off and the water for the windshield blades won't work even if the tank was full. Long story short Since they are closed on Sunday we decided to wait till Monday so that we could take it to a mechanic of our own choice to have it diagnosed before calling the dealer. After the diagnostics ( which revealed a huge oil leak, engine problems, tire pressure and censors broken and multiple other stuff) the mechanic recommended us to go back to the dealer and let them respond. I called the seller explained what happened ( less that 24 business hours) told him , he said he would notify the owner whom immediately called and by being very rude, ratchet and unprofessional communicated me he would not make any refund because I broke the car myself. ( all this while I was driving to the dealer after I was told by the ppt at FireStone not to do so because it was dangerous due to the oil leak) When I arrived he said he was not mechanican ,opened the car and say yeah i see whats happening and mentioned some things ( having not knowledge soever about mechanic). He said he knew it had stuff but he didn't had to tell me because I was buying an used car and he was not going to respond for this since it was my responsibility ( after I was told the car was in great conditions) . That if I wanted a car without problems I should had bought a more expensive car and thst its not his fault. So I lose all my money for nothing. Don't Buy Here They are SCAMMERS , You will lose your money!!!!! .
