Upon arriving to the branch, all the particulars matched up and the rental process went quickly. I think I might have gotten a vehicle that was one category up from the type I had rented. Either way, I enjoyed the car I was assigned and it was fairly economical to operate. The return was also expedient. In concert with that, the rental agents at both the time of rental and the time of return were adept at blending a professional demeanor and providing a relaxed and courteous experience. Other branch employees were also very amicable. The rental was bookended by a day on each side of it by getting around using a Metrolink pass for the area's light rail system. Should one want to use Metrolink rail to get here, the station would be Richmond Heights. Enterprise locations tend to be staffed by conscientious people and I've never given any location anything less than a 4 star rating. The experience here, not far from its worldwide corporate headquarters, was just a notch above that and, based on the rental and the return experiences, gets 5 stars from me.

I find it hard to believe it takes 4+ months to have all toll charges in their system and charged to the customer. Their customer service sucks, they play the blame game, and do what everyone else does nowadays, using B.S. excuses. Their's was a cyber security attack on the P.R etoll system caused the issue. When I spoke with the P.R. toll authority they said that didn't happen. A lot of car rental companies have multiple car rental companies affiliated. I'm making sure I don't use Avis or any other of the others. They probably operate about the same.

The customer service is really good. The staff is always the same and always remember me by name and the kind of car I prefer. I had to go inside and look up the address on the business card which one was incorrect and then an employee gave me the correct business card with the correct address. Highly inconvenient that I had to cancel an Uber pay for canceling it and then request another Uber while standing outside with my kids for over 20 minutes. For $35/year and $10/hour (no partial hours) or $60 per day (until 8:00AM the next day), you can rent one of nine vehicles (Prius or Civic Hybrid) around downtown (there's also WeCar by Washington University, I'll leave that for somebody else to review). It's an excellent program for those living downtown - I've saved tons of money by not having car payments, parking, insurance, or even gas. Only drawback is it does make you live off the "ticking clock" when driving around, though you can call and extend your reservation (if nobody else has already booked it).
