This place is a rip-off... Change machine is " broken" to encourage people to use a debit/credit card and you end up with a charge for more than double what it takes in cash. DON'T DO IT!!! I used to go here years ago for the self -wash. It wasn't ok back then. Then I came here last year for the automated car wash. That was just okay. I wasn't satisfied because my car wasn't fully dry. Tried to go thru the drying part slow to get all the water off, but I guess its on a timer so it stopped and I didn't have any towels with me to finish drying it off. What a waste... So today I call myself saving a few $ and getting a little exercise by washing my own car. First the change machine only accepts 1$ bills, not 5's and 10's as posted... that was the start of project rip-off, luckily I had 4 singles... So they must have called themselves upgrading and putting a new operating machine in each stall. Well it is actually a little further away from the hose and brush that you need to use. Which means more of your time going to change the various settings. , like from scrub to rinse. That was the next part of project rip-off. So I wash my car, using all $4 in change. Normally I would get quarters to extend more time, but bcuz the machine is further and it seemed like the hose was a little shorter(less movement/flexibility), time was definitely an issue. So I see there is a credit card machine attached. So I'm like I'll pay another $3 - $4 to finish rinsing off my car. 3 something is the only price listed. Swipe my card, takes less than 3 minutes to finish and I end up with a $10 charge on my debit/credit card.... WTF??? What a rip-off A few more $ and I could have went to my place to get a hand washing and vacuum. Learned my lesson. I guess that's what I get for cheating on my normal car wash... read more

I have a great experience at budget car wash every time I go get my f150 Lariat Supercrew wash, which is very often. I'm on the monthly plan which is a little over 25 bucks a month. Asa Sammy states a dollar a day helps keep the dirt away. totally priceless quote! The attendants are very professional, especially Al, who is there everyday I believe. This is for their manual car wash. The brush has absolutely nothing at all. Then the credit card takes it twice & I paid double. You get 3:30 per $3.25. At that point just go to an actual car wash that dries your car. read more

I have to wait for more than 15 minutes to wash my car, by 8:00 am no one is there to wash their car and the service attendant was in the room but he came after 15 minutes. Do not go there. read more

Don't go through the car wash. Track scratched my rims and they deny it happened. Made a police report and found out this has happened multiple times. Owner had no interest talking to me would not show up until i told his employee the police were on their way. Didn't even introduce himself or look at me until i stepped up and introduced myself to him. Don't waste your time or money. Taking him to court so he can fix equipment and prevent this from happening to anyone else. read more

Been going to four brothers car wash for about ten years, it's hit or miss I've lost plenty of money going here ether the self wash is not working or the power wash station is frozen, they give me a very hard time refunding me my money or the last time i was there I lost about six dollars at the power wash it was frozen the guy who was there took my info and I never heard from them again this always happens! They do not post there equipment is out of order, they open or close when they feel like it. I've even spoken to the older guy owner, he gave me five free wash on the other car wash, well what it did it tore my wife splash guard off , rip the antenna off and a terrible wash! I like using the touch less wash but I always have to be in fear that ether I am gonna loose more money or there closed!and at times the car wash stops working when I am in there half way through the wash, I work hard for my money so this really bothers me when there equipment don't work properly or at all, and they don't refund my hard working money! You would think after ten years of going there they would be more friendly towards me and refund my money,I only go there cause it's the only touch less car wash around me so I have no choice, but other than that if your willing to loose your cash and not get a refund your at the right place! I so wish new owners would take that place over and run it like a business should be run! read more
