I walked around the entire building to find an employee for help I couldn't find anyone. Another dog owner drove up with their pet and said that he had called before bringing his dog today and was told over the phone by the staff that the dog wash was open until 5pm. He also discovered that it was closed. It's incredibly inconsiderate of this business to lie over the phone and say they would be open until 5pm when that wasn't true. We will never return. The other dog owner recommended the dog wash at Tractor Supply in Wallingford. We will be going there from now on for our weekly washes.

The 2 dog washing stalls are clean and roomy and they have all the supplies there for you or bring your own. The tubs are elevated so your dog is about waist height. You clip the dogs collar to a short leash that keeps them safely in place and give them a warm bath and dry them with vacs and blowers.

Will helped me sign my father up for a membership. After my car wash I was greeted by Lewis who was managing the detailing section. I told him it was my dad's birthday and that I was surprising him with a car wash. I asked him to show me how to use the vacuum which he did, but unexpectedly he offered and went out of his way and helped me clean and vacuum the ENTIRE car! I am so grateful! My car came out sparkling clean! Lewis has such a great personality, very kind, humble and funny! Thank you so much Lewis! I can't afford the membership as it's a little steep. But aside from that I highly recommend this location.

So today I call myself saving a few $ and getting a little exercise by washing my own car. First the change machine only accepts 1$ bills, not 5's and 10's as posted... that was the start of project rip-off, luckily I had 4 singles... So they must have called themselves upgrading and putting a new operating machine in each stall. Well it is actually a little further away from the hose and brush that you need to use. Which means more of your time going to change the various settings. , like from scrub to rinse. That was the next part of project rip-off. So I wash my car, using all $4 in change. Normally I would get quarters to extend more time, but bcuz the machine is further and it seemed like the hose was a little shorter(less movement/flexibility), time was definitely an issue. So I see there is a credit card machine attached. So I'm like I'll pay another $3 - $4 to finish rinsing off my car. 3 something is the only price listed. Swipe my card, takes less than 3 minutes to finish and I end up with a $10 charge on my debit/credit card.... WTF??? What a rip-off A few more $ and I could have went to my place to get a hand washing and vacuum. Learned my lesson. I guess that's what I get for cheating on my normal car wash...

Unfortunately, they did not do what I had asked for upfront.l and would have understood if they said no. They didn't open the trunk at all which was one of my specific areas I needed as there is dirt (see below) and when I asked them to revisit some of the areas they were hesitant to. The service was only $26 so maybe my expectations did not match the service. I wish I had a better experience here, just not the place for me.

The M40 is a high performance car and requires a specific type of coolant made by BMW and the washer fluid I use is different. If you have a high performance car do not bring it here, they will tap of your car with asking you.
