A new location opened up near me in Orange Connecticut. I've had positive experience. When you ride up to the customer service the staff greets you with big smiles. Will helped me sign my father up for a membership. After my car wash I was greeted by Lewis who was managing the detailing section. I told him it was my dad's birthday and that I was surprising him with a car wash. I asked him to show me how to use the vacuum which he did, but unexpectedly he offered and went out of his way and helped me clean and vacuum the ENTIRE car! I am so grateful! My car came out sparkling clean! Lewis has such a great personality, very kind, humble and funny! Thank you so much Lewis! I can't afford the membership as it's a little steep. My car was sitting in the driveway for a few weeks so it was in need of a car wash. I used this local car wash in the past and they have been fine. Since my last visit they increased a single wash from $7.99 to $9.99 and no cash payment. They also added a unlimited wash club for $19.99 allowing club members their own by pass lane and free use of vacuuming stations. While waiting in line I had at least 10 club members bypass the line making my wait longer and longer. Sure 2 washes and I am ahead for my 3rd wash but I didn't want the commitment. read more

Went through the car wash a week ago. When I came out I noticed scratches all over the hood of the car. I immediately informed the manager. I filled out an accident report. He put blue tape all over the scratches and had me go through again. He took pictures of the tape and told me some made up story that corporate will look at the pictures and the cameras and do scientific "CSI" investigation and I will hear back in 48 hours. I hear nothing. I called corporate, I spoke to the woman twice. They know nothing about any claim? I get a call from the manager, he claims that corporate completed the investigation and found that this damage couldn't have possibly come from the car wash. Look at the damage! I've never paid $30 for a car wash before but I figured hey why not if it's going to get my car squeaky clean. I was so disappointed to drive through and have my car still be dirty and the front window have scum all over it. Since I spent so much I felt like I needed to say something for them to fix it and clean it better, I was allowed to drive through again and my car still had dirt on it!! What's this place doing?? Mr. Ohhare came up to us saying we needed a membership to vacuum our car, robbing us of our free right of air. The midget air keeper then proceeded to get on her walkie talkie to patrol us out of there. Kept walking and peeking over. The vacuum said "free vacuum". The staff, who I'm sure is lucky to earn anything more than minimum wage, is who makes this business worth frequenting. Always positive, pleasant and knowledgeable. $19.99 was a great price for the unlimited car wash pass as I was facing winter. For this price, I know nothing special will be done but at least winter grime and any accumulation of snow removal chemicals, sand, and salt should be removed. However, after belonging for two months, the price was doubled, without any notice. I've now spent four months trying to cancel and no one ever responds to my e-mail messages although I faithfully utilize their website cancellation process. May 2, 2023 I went through the car wash. I purchased a $19.99 unlimited wash. Once I went into the bay to dry the car down, I noticed that 2 of my rims were scratched. I immediately called(for what I thought was a supervisor?) he had the audacity to try and play on my intelligence and tell me that obviously I hit a curb?? If I had truly hit a curb the rims would've been totally tore up. The height and location of the damage is done by the car wash is quite obvious. He then proceded to tell me that he would have to go look at the footage of my car going through the car wash. He returned to me with a still photo on his phone telling me that was what my rims looked like when they went through the car wash initially . I told him that if he wanted to make it right, let me see the footage for myself. How can you show me a still photo and say this was me entering the wash? Once again, I asked to see the footage, and he proceeded to tell me that it was against company policy to allow me to see the footage. I have looked into an alloy wheel repair shop and it will cost $250 each rim because they are aftermarket. I have called and left several messages. I happened to be in CT for a meeting and had some time to kill on Jan 13. Went to this car wash and was told I needed to get a membership that I could then cancel in a few days. I did that and then canceled I believe on the 18th. Then I was traveling and did not notice until the 13th of April that they have been charging me $42 per month every month. Tried calling. Impossible. Emailed. Nothing. Sent a message on Instagram. Nothing. I went on the site set up my account again to cancel again. I've essentially paid $150 for a car wash. I went there in January to get a simple wash. They asked If I wanted to sign up for the Unlimited Monthly Special. I said "No". They signed me up anyways and 6 months later they have taken $260.47. Never signed up for anything or even got my Monthly Membership. Tried calling the local wash but nobody would pick up the phone. Called HQ in Norwalk. They wouldnt pick up the phone either. Been unable to get in touch with anyone from the company. The HQ is in Norwalk. Wash your car yourself next time. Save yourself the grief!! They are THIEVES!!!!!! I am very pleased with the services provided to me by the team at Russell Speedy on Roses Mill. I committed to a membership a few months ago and by doing so I keep my car much cleaner. I actually enjoy cleaning it because the people are nice, the self serve area is always clean with music playing and with all the free supplies with in arms reach it is easy. I also used the detailing service to get some stains out of the upholstery that I never thought would come out and they did because Dennis was amazing and detail oriented. I have been so pleased that I added my son and daughter to my plan. Finn made sure I had all my questions answered and that I got the best price I could have. it has truly been a pleasure and I recommend this business highly!! read more

This is a drive thru car wash who tries to up sell more expensive packages while not informing you of less expensive choices. I went to one on Cherry St in Milford CT and the woman told me I couldn't get a basic wash and had to purchase a package. I reversed my way out of there. Went to another car wash, which it turns out has been bought out by RS. Same thing. Woman tried to up sell, but difference here is woman told me I could get a basic wash for $11.50. Def not worth that amount either. You can go down the street to the Shell station across form Pilot Truck Center and they will hand wash your car, vacuum it and do the windows for $2 less than RS's $27.99 exterior wash...but you can purchase unlimited for $20/ month with free vacuums...but, you must do the work yourself. In warmer months, I prefer washing and detailing my car so none of their offers work for me. I will never return here given the marginal quality wash and ridiculously high prices with few options. The absolute worst. I go in for a quick wash and am subjected to a time share level sales pitch selling their monthly Subscription. As they launched into their spiel I said that the quick wash was all that was needed. They ignored me and again launched into more of the sales pitch at which point I asked them to stop. They told me they couldn't because they were being taped and must deliver the entire sales pitch. Just. Insane. Avoid this ridiculous chain at all costs.
