Payment, delivery, pickup, etc. were all done via email/phone. No need to be present when they dropped the dumpster off. Additionally, they used wood matting under the dumpster as to not damage the driveway. The dumpster (ironically - it's a dumpster) was very clean, nicely painted, well maintained and greased, which is another plus in my book. The bin has a nice feature where the doors open like a French door so you can easily wheel/carry debris in. The doors have securing locks so they don't flap in the breeze. Although I'm not a fan of lime green paint, but it sure beats a rusty, dirty, junky looking trash bin from other folks - Plus I'm sure it's a "franchised look". Lastly, make sure you call and speak with Bruce. My location wasn't directly listed in the "service area", but being so close to Bridgeville in Washington County, additiontal accomidaitons where made! I have used Kelvin in the last five years to clean out three family properties and to conduct two whole-house moves. Then last move this past September was two, 55-foot and one, 20 foot tuck on a 170 mile move (see attached pic). I have been a customer of this business two times--once in 2024 and once in 2026. For both services, I contacted the business with a list and photos of my junk, and within hours, the owner Tony texted me a range for an estimate, and he gave me options for appointments that week. Both services were scheduled for the next day around 11 AM. I had all of my junk in my garage, so the employees backed their truck up to my garage doors. For the first service, they spent several minutes moving my junk--shelving units, wooden fence rails, an office chair, a bifold closet door, a few pieces of concrete rebar, a rug, etcetera--to their truck. For the second service, they moved only an L-shaped desk to their truck. For the first service, their final price was on the low end of the estimate range, and I inserted my credit card into their reader. For the second service, their final price was on the high end of the estimate range, and they told me that I would have to either call with my credit-card number or pay with Venmo or another service, so I chose Venmo. The price to remove the L-shaped desk was roughly a couple hundred dollars.

Unfortunately, the time was mixed up so Mike contacted me right away to fix it. Fast forward to Monday, cleaning day, and the first blizzard of the winter season.
