Instead of removing the stones/rocks/bricks they dumped them further back in the woods on the property, hoping that I would not notice. Workers were smoking pot, eating pizza and hanging out instead of working. They remained on the property (not working) late into the evening, which made me uncomfortable. No supervision. Owner promised to make it right but never did. He stopped returning calls and responding to messages. I paid for a service that was not completed and actually made worse by their actions.

Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. On the day of my appointment, no one ever arrived. After waiting, I called to request an estimated arrival time for the truck. I was told someone would get back to me with an ETA, but I never received one. When I called back for an update, the customer service representative hung up on me. I understand that delays can happen, but a complete lack of communication and poor customer service is unacceptable. A simple phone call or update would have gone a long way.
