She was so relieved, but before she could even say anything else he curtly said to her,"We don't open till 9:00!"She told him that we had been waiting since 3:00. He could care less! So there we sat as storm clouds began to form getting darker and lower by the second. It was so outrageous. He eventually came out and told us he was getting the car cleaned, We were very annoyed because we had made reservations days in advance. It should have been ready. That, on top of the wait is unacceptable. In this age of technology! A relative told me they use Avis. Avis will accommodate travelers by allowing them to pick up the car no matter what time you arrive . We will definitely use them instead of Enterprise for our next trip.

Gate 1 is on a completely different floor than every other gate. Blink, and you'll miss it completely. The boarding process was essentially putting everyone on the plane at once, which was chaotic. The staff were very helpful, which is a huge plus. But, Florence Regional Airport could be doing so much better with a little more organization.
