everything went fine except the car - Nissan Sentry - upolestary was a little dirty on seat and I want to know if I will be given the 5% discount on my bill upon returning the car since it wasn't given on booking date - I called enterprise and was told I would receive the 5% discount when I return the car and bill is configured at the return site - 2 things is why I gave 4 stars - everything else was fine - I will always use Enterprise. I rented a car for a work trip and went to pick it up on a Sunday afternoon. No one was at the counter. Another man was had an appointment with Avis at the time I arrived. Apparently one person does all the car rental agencies. We waited for about 10 mins and finally left. Luckily I was able to cancel but if you have people you know are renting and even hav appointments then you should be there. Now I have to drive my personal car and am leaving later than I planned. read more

If I could leave negative 100 stars I would. This place is terrible. The manager Tom is terrible. Lowsey customer service. Tom would NOT offer to even try to help my mom. She waited 4 days with no car, while Enterprise continued blowing her off. Finally corporate says if we paid them directly instead of insurance claim they would give us a car. So finally we make the reservation. Young man tells us they will have a car even if they had to bring one from another location. Ok fine. I make the reservation, hour later I'm notified that my mom's car is ready for pickup at 11am. I Uber up there and guess what Mr Tom says. We don't have any cars for you. I understand things happen, but I was notified that it was ready. He says if he had seen the reservation he'd had called n told us. #1 that means he wasn't doing his job because it pops up on the screen. #2 someone had to see it because I received a notification the car was ready. We were going to rent for 2months, that's near $3000. Enterprise will never ever see that money now. Tom...... Your a terrible manager. You could have done something but you kept saying "it wasn't me, I didn't promise you a car". Way to go enterprise, paying idiots like Tom to run your stores. Have a nice day read more

Irby St location POOR customer service. A reservation was made from my insurance company to pick up a rental. A rep called back to confirm reservation. Today I went in to pick up the rental I was told they didn't have a vehicle for rental. The rep suggested I could do an upgrade, but I would have to pay the difference in price from what the insurance company was paying. They were not willing to do a free upgrade even though they did not have the vehicle that was supposed to be reserved. The reservation was made 10/9/24 when they said they would have a vehicle 10/14/24. Then she said two vehicles were scheduled to come back in around 5:30. Someone came in to return a vehicle but then came back in after inspecting it and said the tires were bad, she couldn't let me have it. While sitting there calling my insurance company we see an employee speed out of the parking lot into traffic. They never called my phone the whole day to inform me that they were still waiting on a vehicle to come in. I wasted my time and a friend gas that took me there. Two other customers in front of me experienced the same situation I was dealing with. They know how to take reservations; they don't know how to hold the reservations or inform the customer before arriving. read more

Well, 1st thing out of customer service rep's mouth this morning @ 8am. "I don't have time for this today" . Not, let me see what I can do to assist you? Some are already dealing with a claim which causes them to obtain a rental car, then to be greeted like this after a call the day prior stating car would be available this AM between 8-10am. Not sure who trained her, but obviously customer service or working with the public isn't her specialty. read more

Registered online because I'm handicapped. Got my reservation but when I got to the office on Irby St the employee said they didn't have any cars when I counted at least 3. I will never use this location again! Save yourself time and just go somewhere else. read more

I also am having a terrible experience with this Enterprise! When I had an accident, this dealership (Mike?) said they didn't have anything but a HUGE (expensive) car, assured me that the insurance company would cover it and extend the coverage if needed. They begged me to return it to this location. I had to have a car because my car was being repaired and I was moving, so I went with it. Then, they charged me for the large car amount for the whole time until I complained and returned the large car for another car larger than I requested. I think they charged me for a larger car then, as well. I spoke with the manager (Mike?) and discussed the charges. They knew that the amount they charged me had to be within the insurance coverage. When I returned the car to another Enterprise (because it was snowing and closer to where my car was being repaired), they snuck the extra charge of $557.71 on my card. This is NOT "treating customers the way they should be treated"! I'm calling them to get the detail of charges so I can discuss it with Enterprise corporate, but I have been on hold for 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. Other Enterprises may be OK, but don't use this one. I'm flying lots these days, and I will definitely not use Enterprise when I reach my destination! read more

Horrible place, told me I returned my car after 7:00. I said "no I did not". Tom said "we waited here until 6:30". I said "then why didn't you come out and get the car?", he told me that they allow a few hours, I said "ok well that's when I returned it." I said why didn't you tell me that you were going to charge me (my parents had an accident in georgia exit 3 and I had to pick them up, I explained this when they asked me what time the car would be returned, they never said OK IF IT IS A MINUTE AFTER 11:00 AM YOU WILL GET CHARGED). Anyway I said even if I had it until 8 p.m. (which I didn't) you still owe me hours. I didn't have to rush back. Anyway he said he will give me time off on my next rental, so I book it, go down there on Sunday and guess what? THEY WERE CLOSED, EVERYTHING HE SAID TO ME WAS A LIE. He told me they didn't get the keys until Monday morning at 7:45. Of course they didn't. THEY WERE NOT WORKING! read more

This is one of the worst Enterprise locations I've ever frequented. We had a problem with a car rented from another out of town location and wanted to switch it out. We dealt with Tom who I think was the manager of this location. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. Maybe it was because it was Friday at closing time, but his customer skills are sadly lacking. I advise anyone wanting to rent an Enterprise car NOT to use this location! BTW, we never got the car switched. read more

The car I was given was disgusting! The seats were filthy and they gave me the excuse that their car detail person wasn't there. When I brought the car back, I was told that it's really hard to clean cloth seats! Well, then don't use cars with cloth seats unless you're going to find a way to clean them. The car was so nasty and smelled like smoke, that I constantly felt like something was crawling on me and my clothes smelled like smoke whenever I got into and out of the car. There were so many stains in the seats and all over the paneling of the car, I did not drive it anywhere once I reached my destination, because I was too ashamed to have my friends in it. The exterior was no better. There were greasy, dirty handprints everywhere, and the wheels were so dirty they looked like they'd been driven through mud! This was my first and last time renting with them! Totally wasted my $258.00 dollars for Fri-Mon rental and ruined my weekend! Awful experience! Beware! read more
