Although the people were nice, the facility was not. We had movers to wrap our things and store them at General Storage. This was early March. We returned to retrieve our things by the end of April. When we arrived at the storage unit, we were met with a HUGE, DEAD RAT. This rodent also dropped feces all over our belongings. There was no food or anything edible in our unit. This was a Saturday morning around 7:00am, so the place wasn't open yet. I didn't get a chance to get back to the storage unit to talk to a manager face to face due to moving that day, but I called the following Monday morning to complain about what I'd found. They told me there was nothing they could do about it. I just want people to be aware of what my experience was here, and hope that no one else has to go through what I went through at ANY storage unit.

I spoke with you (which he denied) and said very clearly that I would be there at 5 and would return the next day before 5. Then he said oh by the way, your truck is not rated for this tow. I used the same truck and trailer not long before... So I am now wildly inconvenienced. And displeased.

There was a mishap during the move which resulted in a small repair to an appliance, but O2 covered the cost with no hesitation and did everything they could to make the situation right as soon as possible.
