Then they showed up begin to move items and sort through things, I asked why they said we can't move this it outside stuff, we can't haul food in freezers, we don't accept cred cards only cash or money order. We charge extra 3% if you use a credit card, and more and more restrictions kept coming not discussed when hiring them! Advertised one price and then starting adding in extras for this, extras for that and tripled my estimate and would not unload my stuff without full payment!
