I managed to limp the car off an exit ramp leading to the Belt Line. Fortunately, I managed to get my car out of the way of other people who were exiting. But, it was clear to me that I needed a tow truck. I have AAA. And I called AAA. But, all it did was to lead me through a series of frustrating prompts to a website that didn't take my information. It kept showing that there was an error of some kind. I tried this five or six times and gave up. Finally, I checked Yelp to see if I could find a nearby towing service. The first business that came up was Road Warrior Roadside Service. I called. Nate answered. And he was there shortly afterwards to take care of everything! Nate took me and my car to an auto repair shop close to my house. I left a key drop for the mechanics there who I know will be working on it soon. No notification of their so called "shift change." If you have all day to spend waiting for them to follow through, then you may or may not have an issue with them.
