Nelson's seems great at first, but then problems come up from their prior fixes. Our window broke 4…read moretimes because they used cheap parts then made us pay to use a genuine factory part. The final straw is we had a coolant problem about a year ago they fixed. Recently the coolant has been leaking and our new mechanic found Nelson's didnt even tighten one of the hose connectors and once again used the incorrect connector that could actually damage the hoses as they expand when the engine heats up. I thought Nelson's was top tier, but the multiple follow-up repairs make it not worth it to go here anymore. Its unfortunate because they are great about fixing their mistakes... but with how much they charge there shouldnt be mistakes like this. This last small mistake could have blown up the engine. When I didn't receive the check after several weeks and several phone calls I made one last call at which time he said I owed him $50 from the previous year.
