I've left numerous phone calls, voicemails, texts, anything thing to get ahold of this guy only to call him once with a new number and he picked the phone up. He keeps giving excuses such as "The inspection is done. Let me call you Monday or Tuesday after I've assembled an estimate" *two weeks after the first excuse* "It's a lengthy estimate, let me call you by the end of today or tomorrow." As I've said, he does not value your time. He charges $95/hour to keep your vehicle in the shop for an undisclosed amount of time while he appraises your vehicle unconventionally, then dodges your phone calls to make more time for "contract work" DO NOT COME HERE. We walked out to the car and I told him that the person I spoke with they said it had a trailer hitch. We looked and it did not have the trailer hitch. I said I need a trailer hitch and all he said was I guess you're not buying the car. Nelson could care less about selling me a car and there were other people waiting at the dealership. Very disappointed in the dealership and beware of Nelson, he could care less.
