The installation took about 3 hours but they only charged me for one and the price installed for the hitch with wiring was reasonable. When the vehicle was on the ramp my abs light was on. The tech explained to me that u haul has a insurance policy and they would cover it if the vehicle had to go back to VW. Fortunately when they took the vehicle off the ramp the light went out. Even though I didn't need it I was put at ease that they would cover it if there ever was a problem. I would highly recommend.

I wasted 4 hours driving to not be able to buy a trailer because these installers failed at their job. I then set up an appointment at another location to correct the issue because I don't trust this location to do it correctly.. and they apparently left a voicemail and rescheduled my appointment without speaking to me directly and I wasted another 2 hours not getting it corrected!! THIS IS BAD BUSINESS UHAUL!!!! DO BETTER!
