They were not LOUD or INTRUSIVE like I have seen so many wedding photographers to be. They caught moments that I didn't even know happened and when I found someone on the dance floor that I wanted a photo with, TJ or Jay were right there ready with their camera! TJ photographed our engagement photos, our wedding and I can't wait to see him when we start our family! As you are investigating vendors for your wedding day, my advice is to keep in mind that you GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. But as he was still a guest so we wanted a professional team there too. We got snobbed by the photographers, me and my side of the family was not even asked to take individual photos or together me and my husband. They were in my bridal room for 2 minutes ,took a few awful pictures of me getting ready. Our wedding video is so bad I could cry every time I think of it. Never watch it, it's too painful and it just makes me angry. We never got a long one just a 5 min snippet. The music is cued so out of context that I am walking down the aisle to party music. We tried to get it fixed 3 times and it's like a blind and deaf person is editing it who was also extremely rude!!! I wish I had just gone to someone else. I could have thrown the money (thousands) out of the window and it would've been better spent.

The person that did show up was rude, intrusive during the ceremony, turned up an hour early, and then charged us an additional fee to stay for the last hour of the contract. We were deceived and treated very poorly. It makes no difference the quality of the work; the attitudes, of the photographer and the person that created our final wedding album, were appalling and it was extraordinarily unpleasant to have to be in the same room with them. Absolutely everyone deserves better! You would be really only slightly worse off to hire your friend to bring their phone to shoot your event. After all of our hard work we came out feeling disappointed & taken advantage of. The best word to describe the experience with our photographer is shameful. They were a pleasure to work with on the day of--organized, fun, unobtrusive, and put at ease. We're really picky about photos and video, and dislike most of the ones we see from other weddings, which often feel a bit overwrought and 'wedding'-y. BOM documented the wedding exactly to our tastes: down-to-earth, extremely well composed, and captured the day beautifully. They also did lovely posed Korean-style couple photos in addition, which was important to us. Adam, the videographer, put together a wonderful video that was also exactly what we were looking for (both a short trailer-style and a longer one, about an hour and a quarter). It similarly felt like a very natural and satisfying document of our wedding. He was also extremely patient and spent a long time working with us, accommodating our feedback to get the video exactly to our preferences. I doubt we could have found either photos or videos better from anywhere else, even booking them separately, and the package together from BOM was a great deal. Could not recommend more highly.

Communication was seamless and pleasant. He was so engaging from start to finish, constantly shooting to not miss any moments. The final photos were beautiful, and they were sent over so promptly. In addition to the normal photos we have from our photographer we now have another great keepsake. Deluxe Photo Booths created a photo album that we were able to take home with us the night of our wedding. Everyone also signed the album next to their pictures. This was a great alternative to a guest book. If you have an event coming up I would highly recommend using these guys. Deluxe Photo Booths also gave us a keepsake album with copies of the pictures taken through out the night along with personal notes from our guests, an absolutely priceless addition to our wedding memories. My husband and I drove by this place one day about 6 months before our wedding ready to book our photographer. Looking around the studio we saw these gorgeous, very original poses, great lighting and color effects. My husband and I immediately fell in love with the work. We meet Demetrius the main photographer. He asked us a lot of questions about our plans for the wedding, what we were looking for? what place we picked for reception? etc. We felt comfortable with them so we started asking for prices. Now Demetrius having an idea of what we were looking for he said he will discuss it with his wife Jessica over dinner and will call us first thing in the morning with the price. Well he called us, gave us what I thought was a good deal for the 6 hours of work and the package that he presented. When the time came where we were to have our first session with him for our engagement pictures, he showed up about 15 minutes late which was not a big deal except that he stressed the fact that we should be there sharp. Not big deal, what started to be an annoying red flag was when he jokingly kept naming us by the wrong names. Whether is a humorous ice breakers or he honestly did not remember our names, we couldn't tell. It was fun at first while taking pictures but when I called for a second, third time he will still call us by wrong names. I started to get the feeling he is the type of person that he forgets or do the wrong things and then tries to cover them up with humor and jokes. At this point so close to the wedding we decided to still use them and even inquired about also having a video. He said he would ask a videographer and see if he was available for our wedding day and record the important parts of the wedding. Great! We said that's all we need, we hired the videographer. The wedding day went smoothly, photographers and videographer were on time. About a month and a half I called up to find when our pictures would be ready. Demetrius picked up the phone and he sounded miserable he flip out on me about how busy they had been and how sandy storm had slowed things down for them, the tone of his voice almost said to me: How dare you call us now to ask us about your pictures? I was surprised by his attitude to say the least, he must have had a bad day I thought. So I said, no problem, I understand just please give us a call when pictures are ready. That was the end of it. I discussed this with my husband and left them alone for a while out of consideration.A few weeks later we were contacted by Jessica that the pictures were up on their site to look. Great! Excited for our pictures we pick them up. Our disappointment was that they were very basic pictures, nothing said this picture is different than the rest or more exciting than the rest, the lighting, poses, random pictures on the whole book were very basic and monotonous. Sad thing is not only did we immediately notice but our families did as well. It is obvious. Any of our guest would have taken the same pictures with their cameras. This was nothing like what they had shown to us when we first walked in to their studio. The video was the worst part of the service, it was badly recorded by an amateur. The focus of the video is horrible, lighting is bad, parts of the ceremony were in such closed up mode you can only see a persons face in it, not what is around them. Not only does the quality of the video sucks but some of the important things that happened at the wedding were not recorded or were badly recorded like cutting off parts and such. Initially, The video also had the wrong year of the wedding, when my husband called to find out if they could fix it, Demetrius the jokester said: "well I guess that means you will have to get married again this year haha. Bring it back. I will get back to you when its ready I have to get a colonoscopy tomorrow". Now that's the last thing we needed to hear. He fixed the date but gave us a damaged cd back with damage footage options. I was fuming at this point not only because of the damaged cd, but for his unprofessionalism and his jokester ways to cover his mess up. So I personally called him, told him what was wrong with the cd, and lets just say I did not sound happy at all. Only after that magic phone call he did put thought into it and fixed it. At this point in time my only conclusion is that he does a great job when the couple's budget calls for it and he decides the budget himself based on the initial answers of questions such as where is the reception going to be? where is the church? He decides the price based on those answers and then treat you and your wedding as such. So if you go with this guy, better have that wedding at the Venetian or somewhere in NY to be taken seriously and have those really cool unique pictures on your album.

On the day of our wedding they were pretty much with us from start to finish! They had a preview of our pics up 4 days after the wedding and my mind was blown! They captured so many beautiful moments. They even went above and beyond and created a slideshow for us using our first dance song. it was perfect!
