We really appreciated the check-in calls leading up to the wedding where he took the time to really understand what we were looking for. Tony is great at posing and giving instructions to look stylish instead of awkward and to create some natural-looking variation between photos. He took a variety of photos ranging from individual to large group (~30 people) as well as from formal to fun. He was patient with the little kids and the wind although ultimately my hair had to be pulled back for a bit. He scouted our venue for the best locations and got our photos back in under 3 weeks. However we took multiple shots and after processing, people looked ridiculous. I understand that I'm not photogenic but they literally photoshopped my face differently in each picture. Not exaggerating I look like a new species of alien in 10-15 pictures of the entire set. The rest of my family looks fine so I doubt they care much but these photos were entirely unusable. I would rather look ugly but human instead of like I'm in a rotating sideshow mirror from a traveling circus. I don't understand how someone looked at my face and decided "anything but the original is better" every time they looked at a new photo but didn't keep the photoshop (which took months) consistent. I have since used my own warped face as memes and my own sticker set. It's comical. They insisted they would do a good job of inserting the people who were absent into the photos. Everyone has different shapes and sizes. Hire someone with actual experience. I feel like they should give us a refund with interest. Then again, the pictures are hilarious so maybe I'm paying for entertainment and not actual photos.
