I hired Budricks on Oct 19, 2023 to repair two vinyl couches and a microfiber couch. Following this repair I noticed that one cushion of my vinyl couch and several spots were flaking off. I notified Andrew of this on November 3, 2023, and he responded that this should not have happened and that he must not have cleaned the areas well enough before repairing. He then asked if he could come out the following week to fix it. Following this I have left multiple voicemails and texts, all of which have gone unanswered. I have since had to hire another upholstery repair company for $500 to fix Andrew's mistake. They shared that his work was subpar and that this should have never occurred. I hired Andrew to upholster 5 brand new chairs with different fabric. He said it would take two weeks tops and I would have them back before the holidays. After six months of begging for my chairs back and receiving ongoing excuses, I finally received a date to pick up. I rented a van to pick up only to be ghosted. I end up filing a complaint through the court system. After waiting almost, a month after the complaint was filed (with pending court date), I received a text message I could have my chairs back if I dropped the complaint. I asked for photos to verify my chairs. After six months, only one chair was completed. I gave Andrew a 50% deposit, spent $200 on the two vans and $165 to file the complaint in court. I would NEVER in a million years recommend this company. Stay far...far away. Learn from my lesson. read more
