These guys are top notch!! I had leather seats & a front and rear dash camera installed. I an issue with my dash cam staying on constantly after getting hard wired and Dave worked persistently on the issue until we realized that it was a faulty dash cam and it needed to be replaced (Dave called the dash camera's customer service team for me to diagnose the issue). We are from central Vermont and wanted to put a sunroof in our new Honda HRV. We checked with all the dealers in Vermont and could not find anyone who could/would do a sunroof for the Honda HRV, saying it was too new a model. We went on line and found Mobile Car Pro. Although it was over a 2-1/2 drive to Manchester, we wanted to look into it. From the first phone call, we were extremely impressed with their customer service. Everytime we placed a call we were connected to a live person or on the rare occasions we weren't we left messages and got very quick responses. Very friendly, helpful and gave clear, concise explanations of the work to be done, costs, timeframes. What a pleasant surprise when we did take it in to have the cost be what we were quoted - no extra hidden charges; we were given a time estimate as to when it would be ready the following day and received updates on the progress and actually they were done ahead of time. Once we were there, we asked to have a remote car starter installed as well and they were still ahead of schedule. Mobile Car Pro was not the least expensive, but they were the most convenient to my house. They came to my office parking lot, picked up my car and in less than (3) hours my car was returned to my office parking lot. What a perfect day to have a remote start installed. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and how quickly I was able to get an appointment for the installation of my remote car starter. There was a small problem with my lights when I picked up my car, but Brian brought it right back in and found and fixed the problem. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! David, the manager person, went the extra mile to find a remote starter system for my 6 year old Smart Car. I called a few remote car starter places and most just said no. The pricing was competitive even with the extra research to find something that would work. AND the system I bought can be moved to the next car, so I will be returning with another car in the foreseeable future. Please note: When they tell you you will need to sacrifice a key - go to the dealer BEFORE having the remote starter installed. There are some kinds of car, like Smart, which require ALL keys to be together to be reprogrammed. Which means if they've already installed the system when you need to get the key, it's another trip to the shop. Another reason for the top rating - they were to totally cool with 2 extra little visits to take the key out and replace it with a newly reprogrammed key. read more
