I'm writing this to express my customer satisfaction with a car deal I got from this place 60…read moremonths ago. To get this car required blind faith on my part that the car is as described, and there's no intent to mislead the buyer. This car was old, rare, and I knew if I wanted that it would take my acceptance of some risk, and if I didn't like what I got, that's too bad. The warranty was "if it breaks, I get both pieces." I do get annoyed with the number of reviews I read where a customer is dissatisfied with a car they bought due to their own lack of due diligence. It's not the dealer's role to decide the condition of any car, or fitness for any purpose. Blaming a car dealer with the buyer's own ignorance is unfair to them, and blemishes their business when they don't deserve it. I can't change the ignorance of the buying public, but I can express my appreciation to this dealer for being professional and fair in their methods. I've been driving an identical model since 1995, thus there was NO question I know I'm going to like it. Being unfamiliar with this particular car, I thought it best to pay to have it delivered over 1,000 miles away. When it got here there was nothing to be worried about as the car was already road-ready. The moment they backed it off the trailer, it was fit to drive it right back where it came from if I so wanted to. When someone sends a check paid-in-full for that amount of money, you only get hope they are going to send you something back. It was a lengthy transaction getting the unit paid for and shipped here. They did their part flawlessly, and as promised, and on time. And, I'm still driving my 30-year-old 'Grand Ol Cadillac' daily. And, they sent ALL of the paperwork I'd need to register it in another state, complete, and correctly filled out. As for the condition of the unit I've had to replace the washer pump, the AC compressor, the distributor, and the rear wheel cylinders leaked. Considering the years and miles already on the car I consider that to be expectable, and normal, and I got what I paid for. I don't know who Larry Schaaf is, but I can testify to the professionalism, and business-like conduct of Mr Aaron High. If you're considering doing business with this company my experience has been you're pretty safe. The internet complains way too much, and hardly ever says 'thanks you did a great job.' I do like being the exception on that and appreciating people that have helped me reach a goal I wanted. Signed, Hopeless car addict Hurst TX USA

I purchased a 2016 Dodge Dart GT from St. Mary's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram after being told…read morerepeatedly that the vehicle was accident‑free, clean, and in good condition. The salesman even stated, "The Carfax shows no accidents." The photos they sent showed no visible damage, and nothing in their communication suggested any issues. The car was shipped to me in Tennessee. I was excited when it arrived, signed for the delivery, and took it to the store to try it out. When I came back out and tried to leave, the car would not start. I went to open the hood to check the battery, and that is when I immediately saw the truth they never disclosed: the bumper was destroyed and there was a huge crack. When I opened the hood, I saw the battery terminal was completely corroded. I called the sales representative immediately. I went back through every photo they originally sent, and the damage they later claimed was "clearly shown" simply wasn't there. Only after I reported the issue did they send a different set of photos -- ones I had never seen before -- and tried to claim the damage was visible all along. It wasn't. I took the car for an independent inspection, and the findings were alarming: Salvage‑yard front subframe Leaking lower radiator hose Bent suspension components Tires showing belt separation Rusted struts, shocks, and brakes Severe rust inside the frame Technician said the rust alone would make him "return the vehicle" This car was unsafe to drive, and they sold it as if it were clean and problem‑free. When I attempted to resolve the issue, instead of professionalism, I received a phone call from Operations Manager Scott Nuttle, who chose to threaten me rather than discuss the situation. That call made it clear they had no intention of addressing the problem honestly or respectfully. After this experience, I researched the dealership's reputation -- and what I found was extremely concerning. Summary of Negative Reviews Across Major Platforms Google/Birdeye: 56 one‑star + 11 two‑star = 67 negative reviews BBB: At least one confirmed 1‑star review describing serious mechanical issues Yelp: Low overall rating with multiple complaints Cars.com: Additional negative experiences reported Across platforms, customers consistently report: Misrepresentation of vehicle condition Mechanical problems immediately after purchase Poor or dismissive customer service Refusal to take responsibility Pressure tactics and misleading communication My experience matches these patterns exactly. I have since filed complaints with the BBB, the Ohio Attorney General, Tennessee Consumer Protection, NHTSA, and my credit union. No customer should ever have to go through this level of deception, stress, and financial risk just to buy a used car. If you value honesty, transparency, or basic safety, avoid this dealership at all costs. My experience wasn't just disappointing -- it was dangerous.
