Nick was our guy. He was amazing. We went in with not a real idea of what we wanted. He was able to…read morenarrow it down to 3 vehicles. Then it was easy. He understood our needs and found us the perfect vehicle. Unfortunately someone ran a stop sign and totaled that one. I have faith that Nick will be able to find me something else that is perfect for me. He really went above and beyond. He helped us with wealth management ( even though we have none) retirement information. Great guy great dealership. They are not salespeople and do not get commission so you know they really are there to help. Thanks

Two days ago, I went out to take a look at their cars, after a friend suggested to me that the…read morebrand was good. I'm a little leery about a brand where you might not find service all that often, especially after having a Volkswagen and moving to a small town. As I started to look a salesperson emerged from the building, Keith Glover. I always hope that sales people will be honest and helpful. He was very friendly, as I explained to him that I was being nosy at this time and couldn't buy anything. I told him what kind of car was on my mind, so as they didn't have that exact configuration, he moved me to something I wouldn't even consider. Still, he wasn't really doing the wrong thing, it was just fruitless, as was his asking me if I wanted to take a test drive. I asked him about PZEV (Partial Zero Emissions Vehicles) since I'm planning to move to California and would not like to trade an almost new vehicle at a huge loss after a year. He went into a lovely story about Cleveland and Ohio, and pointed to the emissions information on the sales sticker, but never really answered my question. I know there are salespeople who do a good job, but in these difficult times, can they afford to be less desperate? I realize that he wanted to give me a "good presentation" but he was misleading and probably hoping for a quick sale even though I told him I couldn't. No harm done.
