So my review is only for the service side, as I've never bought or looked to purchase a vehicle here. I originally grew up in the area, and I will regularly drive my van the 2 hours from Cincinnati to have it serviced here every time. These guys are honest, don't do unnecessary "fixes" and will take care of you. Both me and my husband have had our cars worked on here, as he owns a Dodge and I own a Chrysler. We were getting his tuned up before heading to Florida a few years ago, and they found some big enough problems to cause us concerns, but knew we had a vacation planned and offered us a vehicle to drive down there if we wanted. Like who even mentions that without us throwing a fit?! These guys. They will help you fight warranty issues too if they exist. I've had some pretty crazy issues withy vehicle, one of which we still haven't found the issue for. They have never not called me to go over literally every option. And give me pricing on every single different type of issue that may come up. They've helped me bypass minor issues that aren't worth the cost of actually fixing in previous cars as well. Like a heater coil that's not needed in summer until I can get the funds. They're pretty good at calling you back and answering every stupid dumb girl question I can ask lol. All in all they're a pretty stellar group of guys who actually want to help. read more

Great service. Change the oil and rotate the tires even washed the car. They fix our large promaster that nobody else did. Had the oil and tires rotation along with radio, sensors and tail light replaced. read more

really nice dealership, the company i work for has a branch in the area and we take our fleet here for services and repairs and we're always treated with respect and fairness. so much so that i purchased my own dodge ram from here a while back from some salesman named Ed or Edward, really helpful guy walked me through everything and explained things thoroughly and pretty much did everything possible to make the horrible task of buying a new vehicle very enjoyable read more

Bought a vehicle and and within 3 days the had a warning light for the transmission light come on. They lied to us about being a good transmission. Contacted them about returning the vehicle and they jus avoided us. Would not recommend going here for anything. Traded a car in for it and the only gave me 1000 after I complained. The car was worth 1900 for a trade in value but they only wanted to give me 800!!! Very shady people. Watch out!!! read more

They did a terrible job serving my car. Told me that I needed a brand new rear differential that would cost $2300. I took it to another mechanic that told me that it wasn't the rear differential but the Pinion bearing($500). They told me that buds was basically trying to milk me for money. Sad read more

We will not be doing business with Bud's in Celina ever again!!!!! We had purchased an extra insurance/warranty policy when we bought our van and after 5 years you got it back (around $2000). Well we had something that needed fixed and they told us it was covered under warranty. I assumed it was the original warranty or that the other policy we had was you get back what you don't use. Yes I know I should have asked questions or double checked, but I trusted them. We had great service from them so I didn't worry about it. Why would they let me use that warranty knowing that if I did, I wouldn't get any of my money back. Well it is now time for us to get our money back and they said since we had the claim that we lost all of it. I told them if I would have known I would have paid the $121.00 and not lost the $2000. There is no way I would have used the warranty if I would have known. I was told there is nothing that they can do and that they will talk to their service department and make sure they tell the customers what the warranty includes. We are not happy and wanted to share so this doesn't happen to anyone else!! read more
