Gabriel is so sweet and their team was fantastic. The staff was so professional and they had literally everything we needed. They took care of everything for us. I can't say enough good things. When I found myself walking through the threshold between the Bambino and Cactus and Tropicals, I was pretty sure I'd entered into a Hallmark movie. It's another worldly. There are adorable displays all over-trinkets and little goodies to accompany your flowers and plants-and there are plenty of those! To top that off...the thermostat was not working either and I could not get the temp down an hour later. When I called the front desk, she was sympathetic and nice but said I had to pack up (I had fully unpacked) and come back down to get a new room since she was there by herself and they could not fix it. I did do that and got to a new room. The rest of the stay was fine but the initial part left a bad taste in my mouth.

We had a plastic bag over our smoke alarm and I wanted it noted it was there before our arrival. I was told maintenance must have left it and maintenance was baffled as to why it was there. The only redeeming quality to this location is the breakfast. I would suggesting picking a different Hilton location for your vacation.

This place opened during the COVID locked down, may be that's why I didn't know about this place till recently. :/ It is located in a small strip mall, and because they open at 5 pm...there is no shortage of parking as most of the stores close around that time. From outside the venue might be a little deceiving, but as soon as you walk through the main entrance door...you will be surprised to see the well decorated spacious room (the light fixtures and the veils on the ceiling make it look even more gorgeous!). The owner, Monica is a super helpful lady who will try her best to help you out! She has s-o many different color and theme to pick from. Another great thing is their open vendor policy! They have a bar area if you choose to serve alcohol at your party. There is also a small kitchen and a big fridge on the side to keep your food. The Mr and Mrs powder rooms are very useful.
