Today I put two loads to wash then dry, one of the machines charged me and the dryer stopped prematurely before the time, the other machine was still running. When I showed her she walked away to avoid me, then said she would text to find out what happened. I waited for an hour while my clothes dried and she never gave me an answer or my money back. She said to leave my name and number. I just want to wash clothes it should be this difficult.

Customer service The owners could not be any nicer or professional. They're here everyday, working hard and have NEVER had a bad attitude the entire 6+ years I've been coming here. II. Cleanliness The owners are meticulous about cleaning every night before closing, complete with a wash down of each machine, sweeping, floor washing, etc. the machines are well maintained and, for such a compact space, things are always in order. Other tips: Same day drop off service. Busiest time is Sunday late afternoon (avoid unless you want to take a chance you may be queuing up for a dryer).

You can pay with coins. With a card that you store value on. Or you can pay with credit/debit/Apple Pay. I used the Apple Pay, which was very. Convenient. Every laundromat is different, so I wasn't exactly sure how to work the machines, but the attendants went out of their way to explain to me what I had to do. Another thing, is they run specials. Currently, they were offering free laundry soap on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Today was a Thursday. Yay! I got everything done in a little over an hour, and I was out the door. If I stay at this Airbnb again, I will definitely come back. Thank you for the great service.

The name of this place is Golden Rainbow, after some observation on my walk home this evening, not Jen & W as previously listed. Anyway, Golden Rainbow (you can tell how much I care about it, considering I originally reviewed it under the wrong name) is the only place I will take my laundry. 1.) it is across the street from me 2.) there is always an open machine 3.) they are very nice 4.) you can leave your laundry & don't have to worry some stranger is going to run off w/one of your socks 5.) it is across the street from me 6.) they always have quarters 7.) it is only $1.50 to wash & about the same to dry 8.) they just added more washers 9.) they make it possible to catch up on all the Spanish Channel soaps you've been missing while at work Did I mention it is right across the street from me? I've done 4 washes in the afternoon/evening and it is never crowded, usually empty. It's not hot, muggy, or nasty smelling like other places. There are tables and chairs so I can study aka bejeweled my way through my wash. The washers are also INDUSTRIAL. I can stuff them full and they are crystal clean coming out. 28 min for wash and a heavy load can usually dry I'm 40-45 min. The washers are $4.50, $6, and $8 as size. I believe it was 35 cents per 8 min of dry. Also go in the weekday and it will be empty, crowded on weekends *I originally gave this place 5 stars, but it says on their flier on yelp that it will be open until midnight every night, but I went at 9:30 pm the other night and it was closed.
