I can't say I've ever had a bad experience at this location. The two people that helped us were very helpful. And all our needs were fufilled as far as the washing machine and the dryers. We hung out there late at night and did a ton of laundry. We've also had our laundry done for us like comforters and blankets and such and that worked out very well. I can't say I have anything bad to say about this place. It's also very clean and well lit and they have televisions as well. read more

Did our laundry here when our washing machine broke this week. This place used to be immaculately clean. Place was super dusty, with a ton of ants crawling on the edges of the windows. This place will work if you're in a pinch, and they do take credit cards to refill the laundry card to use the machines. No need for quarters here. read more

I am not sure why all the bad reviews. I come here if I lose power and need to wash large area rugs. The place is clean and machines work and they have many size machines available. The attendants have always been nice to me and helpful. I have been to other places and they were dirty but this place is not. read more

I do my laundry here quite often (never had them do it for me), so with that said, the place is decent. A lot bigger & nicer set up than most laundromats in the area. Folding tables are not always clean (depends who is working). Washers don't spin dry the laundry enough, so you're left with soaking wet clothes and the dryers are not hot enough to handle it, so everything takes longer to dry. Some of the workers are nice, others will walk right in front of you & not even say hi or excuse me. I guess it's to be expected at a place like this. You'll get good & bad. read more

don't have your clothes dry cleaned here unless you want then returned to you with spots. disgusting! the worst dry cleaning...they take no responsibility for their damage to your nice expensive clothes!! i don't know how these ppl are still open . disaster! read more

I go there every so often when in a cinch for a wash and fold. The laundry attendants are rude. They don't follow directions when you bring your own laundry supplies and trust me you will have to because they use bottom of the barrel detergent and softener. The place is over priced. The laundry is never folded correctly. When you drop something off they give you a 12 hours window if not more. Last time I dropped off my laundry at 9am I was told to pick it up at 10pm. I was like is this a joke?? All that while she was texting away telling me if I wanted it sooner I should have came earlier cause she had 6 bags to do. I told her this was not acceptable. I mean really it takes you 13 hours to do 6 loads?! So she said fine come at 8pm so I asked if she could call me when done, she said come in at 8pm it will be done, so I asked again can you please call me if it's done earlier. She said I just told you to come at 8pm so once again I told her to call me when it was done that I didn't see what the big deal was!! Rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing and with a smirk on her face she said fine and took my number. I called at 6.45pm to check on the status. The laundry was done and of course no one bothered to call. When I picked it up I was given back half of the pods I left, the entire bag of scent enhancer and the sheets of fabric softener. When asked why it wasn't used I was told I don't know the other girl did it. No one is accountable for nothing. You would think that if you are going to over charge while using the cheapest products out there you would be welcomed for your business and treated with respect. Not the case! I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward since bringing them work appears to be an inconvenience. read more
