Even during the times when they are open until 10, they will keep reminding you that you need to leave as soon as the clock nears 9:45. There are other laundromats nearby which provide a friendlier service that feels much more professional.

The laundry card itself is $2.00 but if you pay in cash you get a small extra $ credit on the card. It also accepts debit or credit cards. Credit charges a small % fee to offset the credit card transaction fee. Washers take about 30 minutes, dryers you pay $0.40 per 5 minutes (or 7 minutes for smaller dryers). Mostly clean and people are friendly enough. It's a local go-to for larger items, or regular loads if you don't have a washer and dryer in your building. They also have drop off for a fee. At the front there are two very very large washers. It costs more but you could fit two winter fill, queen or king sized comforters in one machine, but those are often taken.

Got there and felt like I'd seen an oasis because it was a late afternoon/early eve on a Saturday and in relation to the size of the place, quite empty. The place is small and narrows toward the back where the dryers are on one side and the small apron the other. It gets really congested and there's no room for you to comfortably pass someone loading or unloading clothes on either side. So you have to wait or interrupt the person's process. I'm sure it's annoying being on either side of that coin. There are 3 super loaders, 6-8 medium loaders and a nice amount of space in the lane between them. 1 of the super loaders was out of order and 3 of the 20-22 dryers were also. Not too bad. The place is clean and well kept. I would come here again. But could only give it 3 stars because of the size of the place and the fact that you need cash because the machines are coin operated and there is no ATM at the laundromat (ugh!). But thankfully there's a liquor warehouse directly across the street that has one and there are 2 change machines in the laundromat.

I brought in two expensive parkas for dry cleaning and they were returned with a strong, foul odor that absolutely was not there when I dropped them off. When I brought the issue to their attention, I was told to come back in two days. When I returned, the coats were still hanging on the same rack where they had been left two days earlier, still smelling terrible. It was obvious they had never even been sent out for re-cleaning. Over the next week and a half, I repeatedly called and was told they needed more time. Eventually, the coats were returned and the odor was finally gone. However, when I asked for a discount or some form of compensation for the inconvenience and the fact that they had caused the problem in the first place, the owner, Albert, simply insisted that "they got the smell out." When I pointed out that the coats were not dropped off smelling that way and that the problem was created by their service, he refused to take responsibility. The best he offered was a discount on a future service. After five years as a loyal customer, that was the extent of their customer service. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a business responds when they do. In this case, there was poor communication, a lack of accountability, and no effort to make things right. I won't be returning, and based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
