He and his wife started these pop up ventures as a place where people and families could gather in a fun and safe outdoor space, where kids can be kids and adults can enjoy a sip and relax. Dan focuses on libations from local producers and CA wines. There is music and an outdoor seating area where there are games to play. Dogs welcome too! I was w my mother at a hardware store where we typically get a tree, & we wanted a small/medium-sized one, but the selection was abysmal. I suggested "those pop-up lots that sell Christmas trees" & googled Christmas tree lot & Yelp came up to my surprise w this listing first. It was a 20 min drive from where we were & it was 100000000000% worth it. We arrived less than an hour before closing, & oh my goodness. The trees here are so lovely. We were assisted by Dylan who helped us figure out which kind of tree my mother was looking for, & I noticed some of them had this beautiful dark green colour that isn't typical of trees. (They also have lighter green ones, as well as frosted "flocked" trees, blue trees, literally everything). We walked down the aisles & suddenly I saw the most heart-stopping, alarmingly beautiful tree I've ever seen. We still made our rounds to check out every tree (note the random round one I found- feel like that'd be perfect for a hotel or for a family excessively obsessed w ornaments) but as I said to my mother... when you meet the one, nobody else can compare. This tree has to be the most beautiful tree I've ever had in all my years, & it's not even decorated yet & it still catches my breath when I see it. The photos do it zero justice - truly the first time my phone camera has failed me. They have every size, and quite literally every shape. 2 options for a stand (that you fill w water every 2 days per the sign guidelines) - wood & metal. Dylan carried the tree to our car & it surprisingly fit in the backseat. They also do "flocking" (never knew this existed), AND delivery if you're too busy to come to the location. I will be returning every year here on out, if I stay in the area. Price was steep but worth it, wonderful customer service, & a very communal, festive feel. I'm just so in love with my tree, I can't believe it. Grateful that my mother wasn't impressed w the selection at the hardware store so that I could experience a Christmas like this. The entrance is on the big street perpendicular to Ximeno Ave - the directions my GPS took me to told me to make a left where it didn't make sense to. QUIT STOCKIN' AROUND & COME GET YOUR TREE!!!!!!! I can't tell the difference between trees except the price and feel of the needles/"fur" but I do know that Michael has helped us last year and he helped us again this year! What are the odds! I knew he looked familiar as he was the first guy there to ask us if we needed help. Make sure you tip them for helping you with the trees! Also, the Santa was really friendly and the setup was so cool! Thanks, Santa! I think he's the only one who asked my son what he wanted for Christmas! The other one at the tree lighting ceremony didn't ask but I guess it was because there was a long line. Anyway, we ended up getting 2 wooden reindeers and a cute little kid's Christmas tree for my son to decorate by himself and then I'm getting a fake tree so we can reuse it for the future and because I'm on a budget. My son and I got to slide down the big float for free because we bought a tree and also got free popcorn and coffee! Tip: Put a candy cane in your coffee. Mmmm! Thanks guys!

Full of rich history!…read more Oh my goodness. The Disney Gallery is everything. The entire back story of Walt and the areas/ lands in Disney. It was super cool to see, read, and learn about! One of the rooms has an artist doing sketches right there. So you can watch the magic happen! How cool is that?! I loved seeing the art throughout and the sketching room. The Disney Gallery is awesome! It is located at Main Street USA, at Disneyland Park. If you have the time, and want to learn about the backstory- this is a must see!!

It's also right next to the Monsters Inc ride! It's one of the smaller shops in Disney's California Adventure, however, it has some of the best Disney Ears and Monsters Inc themed items! This store does have revolving merchandise occasionally, seasonal offerings, and items that are Pixar, Disney, and Monsters Inc themed. During the holiday seasons, there will be decorations, holiday themed products, and special pop ups around this store! Right now, there is a Halloween themed Monsters shirt at the Studio Store! (We scare because we care!) The studio store does honor Magic Key discounts which is great for any passholders! Studio store does have unique items throughout the year that may be harder to find anywhere else at other stores inside the park! This shop greets you immediately when you enter the right hand side of Disneyland. It's a cute…read morelittle stop that I like to drop into when my someone has to use the restroom next door or if we want to dip in somewhere while the parade is going on. Love the art work that they have here, ranging from original artist prints, recreations, painted and framed artwork, wood carved items, blind box and collectibles, and there's Disney artists doing live sketches here too. You can walk into the back gallery area and see all the works and memorabilia on display. There's historical artifacts like old tickets from back in the day for each ride or documents for films and rides, an actual check signed by Walt and much more with some photos from that time too. Truly a rare piece of history. At the front, there's a bank vault as this, according to a cast member we spoke to, used to be where a Bank of America used to be. The vault is now used to house the more pricier, one of a kind art works. When we were there it was a $35,000 Madame Leota wood carving sign, I believe. In the front and the random prints, is more affordable for the regular consumer, but there are definitely much pricier, rare artworks for the true Disney collectors.

There are only two locations in Disneyland Park where you can get a silhouette: Silhouette Studio and Disneyana. Both stores are located on Main Street. Disneyana is located on the right once you scan into Disneyland Park. It is a small store that can easily be missed, so make sure to read the signage. Disneyana not only offers silhouettes, but they're mainly known for selling collectible figurines and limited edition and original artwork. It wasn't too busy when I visited. There were only 3 other guests in front of me. Once I entered, I was immediately greeted and felt welcomed. The initial Cast Member (did not catch her name) asked if I would like a silhouette done. I told her I'd like a silhouette of my family dog. She filled out a small laminated sheet and handed it to me to hold onto until my name was called. You can either wait outside or shop around inside. I went to Jolly Holiday to grab coffee and came back. Shortly after, I was called for my turn. I had multiple photos of my family dog ready. They can ONLY take side pictures as a reference. They are very specific in the types of side pictures they can do, so make sure you're prepared. They'll let you know whether the picture is acceptable or not. Cast Member Jan did my silhouettes. She was very sweet, quick, and efficient. She finished the silhouettes under 10 minutes. Cast Member Sarah "glued" the silhouettes onto a 5'7 paper card stock. I decided not to get it framed, but they safely placed them in a folding card. There are two tiers: standard and premium. The standard tier is $11.99 for a human silhouette. The premium tier is $14.99 for anything other than a human silhouette. The frame is sold separately starting at $19.99. I'd say it is absolutely worth it. I love every little detail of the cut outs! They do two silhouettes. The frame is cute with 42 hidden Mickey's, or you can customize your own frame too.
