It's hard to test a gutter system when it stops raining for months, which it did this year. When it finally rained, we found a few leaks and a persistent overflow problem. Tom came out and looked it over, diagnosed the problem as a drain (that we didn't know existed) being plugged. He hand excavated the area, found the drain buried beneath rocks and dirt, and worked on that drain in pouring rain for several hours. Finally he found the clog and cleared it. He didn't have to do that. The drain was not a gutter problem, but he chose to fix the issue in the worst of conditions. I cannot recommend him or the company highly enough. Service over and above!
