I scratched up the driver's side of my car driving up against some branches/shrubs while reversing out of an L-shaped driveway up in the mountains. I reached out to several detailers re whether the scratches could be buffed out and cost. Several other detailers I reached out to told me they could only get a 60-70% improvement while others told declined to even provide an estimate saying the scratches looked too severe and that buffing wouldn't fix the problem. Jose looked at the same pictures/video I sent to all the other detailers and told me he could get a 95% improvement & quoted me the best price. Well, Jose just finished up the work on my car and I can honestly say I can't tell where the scratches were. He even put on a new coat of wax to protect the area. On top of the great service itself, Jose's customer service skills are excellent. He was quick to respond to texts, arrived in a mask, and did the work quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend him highly. I had just taken delivery of a brand new Corvette Stingray. I had been waiting for the car for 13 months. I brought it home, put it in the garage and began looking for a detailing organization to bring the car to life. I am an old school car guy. I was not interested in ceramic coatings.
