Richard was incredible!! A neighbor was getting her car worked on after rave reviews from a coworker, and I now understand the hype. I have two toddlers so our car was a DISASTER (that's being generous). He spent 8 hours detailing every single inch of our navigator. It's black so every single scratch is visible and he got them allll out. Our interior is light and was stained to the point it looked nearly leopard print. He got out all the stains to the point it looks brand new again. I really appreciated that he not only did every single thing he said he would, but he also did extra things he felt were needed to meet his expectations. Beyond doing a better job than I've ever experienced, Richard is so incredibly kind, personable, and easy to talk to. I'm always weary having strangers over when it's just my kids and myself home, and I couldn't have felt safer. If anything, we felt safer than just us here by having him around. I was traveling through Idah last week and the steet was recently striping with yellow and white paint in a parking lot. Once I got home about 9 hours later from driving. The next day I powered washed the truck to remove as much as I could. The truck was filthy, dirty from road tripping through Idaho. I received Richards contact for a Detailing supply store that sell Chemical Guy supplies. I called Richard and he explained that honestly he couldn't guarantee that it would all come off, but that he would try his best. He worked on the truck using clay bars to remove the overspray paint then biffed and waxed the truck. The only parts he couldn't fully get the over spray off was on the nerf bars and mud flaps and inside the wheel wells. But again I wasn't expecting all thee overspray paint to come off. I am pleased with the results and I would recommend Richard to anyone I know. He communicated well and was very professional! His original quote was $110-115. But we paid him 150.00 because he spent a lot of time on the truck. From about 9am-2pm he was working on the truck. We will be using Richard again for our Ford Explorer. read more

Have a 08 gmc 1500 sierra and as far as I know it's never been detailed to any extent other then normally washing it. I contacted Richard and told him what I was looking for and setup a date. Let's just say when he was done with wax and cleaning the inside I was amazed. I have never seen the truck so nice and smooth and clean it's like a fresh light to the truck.
