I reached out on yelp and got a quote relatively quickly. They are flexible with scheduling and worked with me to find the best date. They are a mobile detailing service that also offer monthly car washes as well. I got a full detail on my car and it came out SPARKLING clean. I was also informed that he does maintenance where they come out just to do either an exterior wash or both interior and exterior. I was happy with the price that I paid, and I am certainly considering using them from now on. My car had swirls in the paint from the car washing service that I had used before. He was able to get all of the swirls out of my paint. To be honest, I don't think I could go back to a regular car wash anymore because now I'm scared that they're going to mess up my paint again. I guess they must use dirty towels or something. This guy uses new towels and told me he replaces them every week. I can tell he is telling the truth because my car came out beautiful. Now we have 4 and we wouldn't trust anyone else but Mark and his staff. He is very detailed and always advises us on when it's time to wax the cars since they sit outdoors. These guys are seriously passionate about car detailing! I recently had them detail my friend's 2019 Honda Accord and my 2022 Lucid Air (a car I'm usually super picky about who touches). From the second they showed up, I knew I'd made the right call. They were totally chill and professional, which instantly put my mind at ease. And watching them work? Total pros. They also knew what they were doing; I've dabbled a bit in detailing and hearing them talk about some of my go-to products (like CarPro) and seeing them use stuff from KochChemie tells me they mean serious business. I was blown away by how detail-oriented they were. They seriously got into every little nook and cranny, from the door jambs to the tiniest parts of the interior door panels. Nothing got past them! They brought all their own gear, including their own power and get this... their own filtered water supply! Using filtered water is a big deal because it prevents any impurities from messing up the paint or leaving water spots. It's not something I've found to be common with mobile detailers, who want you to provide them with a hose supply. These guys were so prepared and thorough. My friend's car is absolutely stunning, and the interior is spotless. I'm so happy to have finally found a detailer I can trust with my car when I visit my friend, and with my friend's car. They did an amazing job, way beyond just a regular car wash. If your car is kind of embarrassing to drive around right now, these are your people. All those five-star reviews? Totally earned. I don't post reviews much, but I absolutely feel the need after my experience. I just purchased a brand new 911 GTS in black, literally a week ago. After taking it home, I was agitated on the scratches the dealer left on the paint. Mark did an assessment and provided a paint restorations and detail same day. To say I'm impressed, is an absolute under statement. After sweating it out for 4 hours, the GTS looks like a piano and better than what I imagine it looked like when it left Germany. Simply amazing! I called to get a quote for a deep clean detail of a Nissan pathfinder. When I say deep, think 3 little kids, over a span of probably 10 years and it looked like every mess had been there from day one. (Not my car, it was a hand me down for a kid from someone.). The quote I received was fair, considering they had never seen it and i tried to explain they were going to have to just hose the inside down. He stated that it would probably take about 3-3 1/2 hours. The poor guys were there for 5! They really took their time to make sure it was done properly. Let me tell you, they did a STELLAR job. It looked brand new inside. Every crack and crevice was clean. Every spot and stain from the headliner, seats, and carpets...Gone. I couldn't believe it.
