I went to Paul Young, didn't see him, which is fine, but the NP that I saw didn't do anything my PCP didn't do and immediately suggested a nasal ablation and went on a sales pitch about how Dr. Young does them in the office. Felt like they "sell" that to everyone. She also couldn't see anything concerning- so why suggest this procedure? And for the plugged ears, she suggested I get a hearing test but they don't perform them. What kind of ENT can't do a hearing test in the office? Long story short- useless and total waste of time and money. Just got a $350.00 bill, after insurance for literally nothing.

The new physician, at my very first visit, said: 'I got your records from Dr Young's office, as well as the notes about your anxiety." I don't have anxiety. The awful surgery center that he uses kept me in a room for nearly NINE HOURS waiting to be taken back for surgery; I asked a nurse ONE TIME when I'll be taken back and she ran and told the anesthesiologist's helper that I was 'anxious' and they offered to give me pre-anesthesia to 'calm me down.' No, I was not anxious, I was super thirsty and MAD because I have not had any food or drink since midnight and it was nearly 5pm (so for15 hours). My nose is the same now as it was pre-surgery. I'm still congested, I still have post-nasal drip, and my sleep still sucks because I'm coughing from the throat irritation of the snot dripping down my throat. I've asked them to test me for other things (Covid, etc.) that might suggest why I was still feeling that way; apparently wanting to breathe without choking on snot makes a person 'anxious.' I guess that the PAs / Ear Doctor are also psychologists, and are able to diagnose 'anxiety' without a degree in human psychology. Interesting. No wonder my Primary Doc, at my 'make sure this person is healthy before surgery' checkup looked down at the doctor's name and said: 'Just be careful, some doctors think they're god and will judge you for everything."

All they care about is vaccines being pumped into tiny human beings that weigh less than a sack of potatoes and that's it, they didn't care that our daughter had an ear infection and had a UTI at the same time, they didn't care that she was sick, they didn't care that she wasn't gaining weight, in the end all they cared about was getting what I can only assume was some kind of compensation for vaccinating another 8lb newborn. In the end after questioning their mortality we were told to leave and we were not welcomed there, they didn't give us an alternative, we were left with a sick child that we had to take to urgent care instead. Everyone who works for these immunization facilities needs to reflect on the real reason they are in the profession of pediatric care, it shouldn't be to push narratives it should be to help sick children. Thank almighty god that not everyone thinks like them though and there are facilities out there that will care for a sick child no matter what.

Once actually in the office, everything always runs smoothly and the providers are always compassionate, professional and thorough. I appreciate that they directly talk with my children, letting them know that they are important. If any follow-up is needed or when I call with concerns for my kids, the nurses are always compassionate and helpful.

I was desperate and she knew it. The nurse/ receptionist was extremely rude. She wouldn't let my husband come in with me when she did my blood pressure, said that the room was too small. It was at least 10 x 12, there was plenty of room. When she did a heart test she wouldn't let him in, said again that the room was too small. I noted there was two chairs in the room she repeated the room was too small. Very strange. It seemed that she preys on very sick desperate people. I'm very upset, I was hoping to get some help. I'm not going back. If you go there be ready to open your pocketbook.

I had bad memory issues, extreme exhaustion and relentless pain and depression. I can honestly say I don't think I would be here without her help. The herxing part was AWFUL, but knowing it was the die off of the bacteria helped me through. I am now on a very restricted diet that is super important with Lyme, still working on keeping it under control with antibiotics and supplements and I am able to work full time and have good days again. I have another family member that has chronic lyme who saw how well I was doing with her, that he started treatments as well and his turnaround was FAST! the maintenance is an on going thing, tweaking what does and doesn't work, depending on symptoms. I have met a LOT of people there who are also being treated for lyme and co infections as well as mold issues, etc. who all say the same thing- no one else could help them- but she can and is making quality of life much better than any other doctor they saw. Like ANY *good* doctor who deals with Lyme, it is not cheap- they don't take insurance simply because chronic Lyme is still not recognized by insurance companies, but having your life back IS worth it.

Other than the Dermatologist I have, Erin is the only PA I have ever felt comfortable and confident with. As far as I'm concerned, they have me for a patient as long as they are In practice.
