She gave one pillow to my dad and the other to me as Christmas gifts. Shortly thereafter, we discovered that the paint used to stencil the letters and numbers on the pillow was water soluble and wiped off with a damp paper towel. It would have been impossible to wash or even spot clean the front of the pillow case without also removing the stenciling. Today, well beyond the 14-day return policy stated on the receipt, my mom and I brought the pillows back to the store to see if there was anything we could do to protect the paint on the front of the pillow case (Scotchgard wasn't going to cut it). As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted by an associate. We briefly explained our concern to the associate, and then without even batting an eye or even checking our receipt he apologized, stated that he was unaware of this issue, and immediately offered to exchange the pillows for other merchandise. We ended up selecting different Buffalo-themed pillows. Room offers beautiful contemporary furniture and home decor, and after spending time looking around the store and observing the quality of their merchandise, it's obvious that the faulty pillows were an anomaly and in no way typical of the products sold by Room. My mom and I were both impressed with this customer service experience and appreciate the attention we received.

Today, I urgently needed ice for my business because I have events today and tomorrow. The ice cooler contained mostly busted bags, and I was told that more ice would not arrive until the 27th. Since I needed ice immediately, I began putting the usable ice into another bag. When I reached the counter, no one offered to help me. Then an employee told me not to take all the ice because they needed a bag for the staff to use in their drinks. When I went to check out, management told me I had to pay full price for ice from damaged bags. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I understand that employees have policies to follow, but customers should not be charged full price for a product that was already damaged. Management should take responsibility for this decision and for the consistently poor customer service at this location. I am not sure whether there is upper management beyond the front-end management and cashiers, but this situation needs to be addressed.

Parking lot is large and easy to access. Staff is generally friendly and helpful... if you can find them. There is not always someone at the register and the method they have of checking people out seems purposely designed to be the most inefficient and awkward setup possible. Not the staff's fault, but can management consider a re-design of the check-out area? Overall decent store and I love that it supports the veterans. They always ask if I want to round up my purchase as a donation and yes, I do. Great cause and good treasure hunting spot.

How many times have I driven past Tesori and said " that place looks adorable I have to stop in…read morethere" .... countless! But I finally did stop in there and it is adorable!! And it's eclectic with vintage, modern, antiques , collectibles, art work and furniture. So many things your eyes simply don't know where to look. The kind of place that makes it very difficult to carry on a conversation with someone because you're looking at so many fun things that you forget what they asked you! The owner was absolutely welcoming and just charming. There was a fire in the fire place that invited you to sit and look around and keep jumping up to get something else you simply couldn't believe you found. Every nook and cranny had a treasure. Some were from estate sales, some were on consignment, some were from local artists. I can't imagine not being able to find just the most unique gift for someone or for that shelf in your home. I couldn't resist a vintage train case! The owner also told us that new items are constantly being added and so it's the kind of place that you would never see the same thing twice and I think always be welcomed anytime.
