Attempted to return the next day. Sunday hours 12:30-5pm. Upon arriving to LSOH the store was CLOSED. Tried messaging through Instagram account and through their website. Got no response. Once again, when operating a business it's vital your hours are correct, otherwise you'll lose Customers and they'll filter away. At that point unnecessary backpedalling to get them to return. Maybe offer a small percentage off their next purchase for the inconvenience. If you're always going to be closed when hours advertised read open...you might just close permanently. Basic rule of business 101. Awesome shoppe! Worth the trip! Keep trying till they're OPEN!

She spoke highly of it, so we stopped in. Long story short, I walked out with a pair of boots. Because I pack light when I travel, I didn't have room in my luggage for the boots. I wore them on the flight back to Chicago. When I returned, I went to a Boot Barn location in the Greater Chicago Area so that I could buy another pair. For the service at the Greece, New York location, they scored high. Their floor agents are good with recommendations without being pushy. Because I wanted to see what the boots would look while wearing an actual pair of boot-cut jeans, I tried on a pair of jeans with the boots and ended up buying two pair of jeans along with the boots.

Not to mention the prices are outrageous here. Even under the guise of "savings" the initial prices aren't fooling anyone and the final prices after discounts are still more than any of it is worth. The only reason I still step foot into a Kohls on a regular basis is because they accept Amazon returns. My fiance has better luck here so it's possible the men's clothing is better.

You will want a long time to spend in here. I probably spent 45 minutes to an hour, and I didn't see even the whole women's section, let alone the rest of the store. I came away with a Calvin Klein blouse and a work-appropriate dress, both reasonably priced. I will say that there do seem to be many clothes geared toward retirement age women (I am 40) but I'd go again to see what else I can find for the office.

The store was very organized, the clothes were neatly displayed on the racks, and there seemed to be a large collection of clothing.
