Our chihuahua found something white and sticky in our backyard in early evening, and while we got Sannt to drop it before he swallowed any of it (we thought), we still worried that it might be something poisonous. We called Ashland, which had positioned a handful of rat traps in the corners of our yard (we live in the city near its prime bar district). We called Ashland's emergency line and, within 15 minutes, Vincent (an Ashland Technician) called and assured us it was not what had been placed in the traps. He had us text him a photo to verify. Just a great, reasonable local service, which (BTW) has altered the frequency of their visits and number of traps multiple times at our request, without complaint.

Nevertheless, I like Ashland Pest Control since it's a family owned company and one of the only remaining family owned places in the Buffalo area being in business for 30+ years serving both residential+commercial businesses.
