We did continue to see the ants crawling on our deck and home after the treatment. I contacted your company two months later because we thought it would take several weeks for the treatment to work. We paid what you quoted, didn't ask for discounts or anything special but expected a professional response to our concern. So my measly $75 didn't guarantee anything. I can just keep paying to have you come back but really never take care of the problem. Apparently being a return customer doesn't matter to you and a dissatisfied one means even less. read more

I recently hired Bugbusters for a carpenter ant problem. I have used their services in the past and have referred them to family members. I asked them to return since they didn't eradicate the ants. Their response to me was there wasn't a contract and they didn't guarantee their work. So how unfortunate for the customer. Rude and unprofessional lack of service. When I asked for a discount (not free service btw) I was promptly told that they would not provide any service to me and no longer wanted me as a customer. If you want to be spoken to by rude people they are the ones to call! Called because we used to use them for neighborhood sprayings for bees and figured would give them the business again but they were extremely RUDE and talked over me. Ask for a price and you get a few, then when you ask for a final can you give a good price they became downright nasty. Would NOT Recommend them at all. People look beyond them there are plenty of better services out there than Bugbusters! read more

Extremely satisfied with the service Andrew Kulyk provides. I initially called him a few years ago because of ants. He promptly arrived and applied product to affected areas and then to the entire outside perimeter of my house. I have not had an ant problem since. I have a fear of creepy crawlers and have Andrew spray the outside perimeter of my house three times a season. Very effective and would recommend this treatment to homeowners. I had an extreme bee problem they were flying in and out of my soffit and some of them were escaping into my child's bedroom. In a panic I called around to four companies and this was the first one to reply to me. The owner/technician was very reassuring on the phone, said he'd be out first thing in the morning, and arrived as promised. When he arrived, he set up his ladder, applied an aerosol, then pumped a liquid from a silver spray tank, and ended by shooting a puff of dust into the crevice. I can't believe he didn't get stung but he sure seemed to know what he was doing. Upon completion, he promised that the activity would stop within a couple of hours and there should not be any more intrusion into the living space. Best of all, he gave me a warranty, in writing, that if there was still any problems with that nest he would return in 48 hours FOR FREE. Sure enough, by later that day no more bees. Best of all, I couldn't believe the price. Complete call and treatment for around $125. I did get callbacks from some of the big chains one wanted $400, and a second was going to charge me $90 just to have a look and give me an estimate. Do yourself a favor... skip the big boys and go with this guy he is a small company and knows what he is doing. read more

Then we moved and low and behold another ant problem so I called Andrew and he took care of my ants. Then I developed a problem with sewer flies and that was addressed quickly and now I am bug free!! They were able to deal with a yellow jacket nest at a fair price, with a friendly attitude and a guarentee that I could contact them if I had any further issues. Extremely satisfied. Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Thought we had yellow jackets. Quoted price on phone to spray 2 sites. When Andrew arrived, he informed us they weren't yellow jackets, but paper wasps. Instead of just treating the problem areas, he treated the whole house, pool, deck and shed...and only charged us about 2/3 of the price quoted! Definitely recommend. read more
