I hadn't been to Buffalo Wild Wings in over 5 years, but the wait was worth it. I decided to sit at the bar for a solo lunch and to take advantage of their current wing promo: buy 6, 10, or 15 wings and get the same amount FREE when you sign up for their rewards program. The vibe was laid-back with just the right amount of energy, and the real MVP of my visit was my server, April. She was kind, attentive, and super quick -- exactly what you want when you're hungry and short on time. She even whipped up a strawberry margarita that was honestly better than a few I've had at full-blown cocktail bars. (Not pictured, but trust me -- it was GOOD.) My only gripe was not receiving all flats, even though the restaurant charges extra for that option. For some reason, the promo doesn't allow you to request all flats or all drums unless you're paying full price -- which feels a bit off, especially since they already have a system in place to accommodate wing style preferences. A small detail, but one worth noting if you're particular about your wings. All in all, it was a great experience. The wings were crispy and flavorful, the service was excellent. I came here when it was kind of slow. They have a huge dining area, patio seating and bar seating. I chose to sit at the bar. They have some nice signature cocktails, but they did not have some of the liquor to make them, ie. Hennessy. It has tons of televisions around the bar and restaurant with sports on and a decent sized private parking lot. The restaurant was very clean and is open late hours. I ordered 10 wings (jammin jalapeno and Caribbean jerk) with fries. It took a little longer than at other BWWs to get my food (about 20 minutes or so) and when I did get it my wings were not marked as to which ones were which (I know, a little thing, but big for me). The wings were good and did have a nice coating of whatever sauce they were covered in. The server was very friendly/helpful and entertaining. She had only been working there about a month and was a pro. I ordered a Spicy Passion Fruit Margarita to wash down my food and it was very quenching. Fruity with a little punch to it. As far as BWWs go, this place is average. If it was not for the bartender it would have probably been a bit below average experience. Took forever to be greeted at the door hostess wasn't friendly and she also was taking tables I assumed she was overwhelmed maybe. She also was our server. We waiting forever just for some waters with lemon she forgot the lemons and said "she'd get them when she got a second" this was already having waited like 10 minutes. After waiting 53 minutes to get our food we were so disgusted that we had to pay $52.45 that was not worth our time and money. Never again if I can give this place a zero star I would have. We ask caucasian waitress with the blonde hair if she can please come here because we had a question regarding more food that we wanted to purchase but she didn't give us a time of the day. I love and visited many BWW and this one seems to be going downhill fast. From what I can tell, it seems that the quality/ skills of the witnesses, host, and managers are sub-par. The employees seem sloppy in appearance and demeanor. The quality of food has also gone downhill often being cold and slow to get out of the kitchen. I even had a conversation once with the manager of this location but he seemed uninterested in my comments and just tried to appease me with small talk. We decided to give this place a try despite a few things we had heard. We were seated pretty timely but that's the only nice thing I can say. I ordered the buffalo ranch chicken wrap which, according to the menu, comes with chips and salsa. When I got it, I couldn't tell that there was buffalo or ranch sauce on it and none came on the side. Also, I had received fries with it. I asked about my wrap and was told that the sauce was in there. Then I proceeded to ask why I got fries instead of chips like the menu says. The waiter went to look at a menu and basically called me a liar. I know I didn't misread it because I had pointed it out to my husband and he looked at it too. I really wish I could remember the name of my waiter, because he was terrible! I went with my grandmother, and ordered a plate of chips and queso to start us off. He walked off and came back maybe 2 minutes later, when we'd barely had time to really look over the menu. He asked us about drinks and food in the same go, without asking if we were ready to order. We both got the 5 piece naked tenders with lemon pepper seasoning, with fries on the side. I was already regretting being seated by this guy, especially when he brought out the chips and queso. See, I love this restaurants chips and queso! My typical experience has been that the wait staff will ask me if I'd like a scoop of chili in the queso, along with a bit of pico de gallo on the side. That, or they'll bring out just chips and just plain queso. This guy did neither, and brought out chips and queso that had all the add ons. It sucked and we couldn't enjoy the queso because of the chili! My grandmother didn't want me to make a scene, though, so she convinced me into just waiting quietly. Our food arrived, and the waiter was off. It was then that we realized he never gave us cutlery. Since he'd already rushed off, there was no way for us to get his attention again. I get it, it's the south, we don't usually care about whether we use a knife and fork to eat chicken or if we use our hands. This chicken, though, was very hot! We had to wait for it to cool before we could eat, and the waiter couldn't even keep my water glass full! All around, it was a mess. Despite all that, I decided to leave a tip. The bill ended up being $37, so I gave the waiter my card so that could be handled. I talked it over with my grandmother and we agreed to leave him $3 in cash. Seems fine, right? Wrong! My card ended up being charged for $40! I shouldn't be this upset over an extra $3 charge, but it just felt like added insult to injury after the awful experience we had. I wish I knew what happened to the $3 in cash we left for the waiter, or how a $37 bill managed to jump up to $40 after the fact! Just went in last night with my wife and three kids, sat at the table for 20 minutes and not a single server stopped to take a drink order or even tell us they'd be with us shortly. They weren't super busy, they had maybe 60% of their tables filled in the dining room. About 2 months ago, we went in there and it took 20 minutes to get our drinks ordered. Drinks came within five minutes, ordered food And after 30 minutes of waiting we asked about it and the order somehow got lost in the kitchen. Another 20 minutes goes by and we recieved our food, cold and the kids wings were completely wrong. Our fries were still almost frozen. Spoke with a manger and the best they'd do to fix the situation is take 10% off the order. I wrote my own receipt, paid for our drinks, paid for 5 wings and an order of fries (that we ate) and took it to the manager to pay the rest. February 26,2022 This was the worst service I have ever had. My boyfriend and I went and only got fried pickles and 20 boneless wings. The last few times I've been here I have been disappointed by both the service and the food quality. They do give big servings, but it's not as good as you'd expect. Last time I went, I waited 30 minutes before a waitress came to the table...ridiculous! The atmosphere is similar to Chilli's. It's a bar/dining type setting. The menu includes chicken wings with all types of sauces (the parmgean sauce is excellent). The menu also includes chicken strip baskets, chicen salad, nachos, shrimp basket, mini hamburgers, etc. Most people come here to drink and watch sports. They have about 20 televisions here (even though all 20 seem to be STUCK on the same channel...ESPN). Also, they have the cool trivia game here that is available for the customers to play on the television screens while they are eating and compete against other restaurants.
