The mild sauce is the perfect flavor with just a touch of spice. Add some Bleu cheese dressing to dip them in and heaven. So far all of the staff I've had help me have been kind and knowledgeable. Veteran's Day (NOV 2024): Management didn't staff for the Vets Day rush. Waited to be seated 15+ min. Rushing waitresses passed me 3X politely saying, "someone will be with you." Seated at a sticky, wet unclean table w/o menu. Waited 15 min more w/o service then grabbed a menu from another table. I finally called a waitress when I realized nobody noticed me. She was stressed and told me there wasn't enough help. I told her I understood. I watched 2 other groups be seated, waited long w/o service then leave. I also watched others seated after me being served. Listened to people around me complaining of the service. Wings were spicier than I expected so I asked for a To Go box. She refused bc "the Veterans have to eat in." "I am eating in, and need a box," I said. She shook her head no, turned on her heel and walked away from me never returning to my table. Like others who have posted here, I don't get all the bad reviews for this place. My wife and I came in on a Sunday to watch multiple football games. Every game is on in the place, with a map of what game is playing and where. Ice cold beer on an 18 tap draft tower, $5.00 big miller lite and coors lite on special, really good and attentive service. Food was good (not great) but hot and served quickly and good. You really would be hard pressed to find a better game day environment no matter what what your favorite team is. read more

Absolutely terrible service! Working nearby from out of town so me and my crew mates decided to go watch football on Sunday. We were sat in a area that we had to use our phones to order everything. When the food came out it was barely warm and the wings were very soft. We couldn't relay the message because none of the employees would stop by our table to check on us. But the Buffalo Wild Wings on I-35 near Parmer is not a particularly good one. * * * This may surprise the readers of this review, But this Yelp reviewer eats more meals in Buffalo Wild Wings than in any other establishment. I am a regular at the College Station Buffalo Wild Wings. The place is mobbed. It is one of the hot places to go in College Station. Yeah yeah yeah, Buffalo Wild Wings uses small factory-chicken wings. Yeah yeah yeah, the bathrooms are dirty and in disrepair. Why do I go? a) I love the sauces. Buffalo Wild Wing sauces can and do successfully hide a host of evils. If you have ever gone in back of a Buffalo Wild Wings, or if you have ever snuck a look in their kitchen, you sometimes see or smell things you don't want to see or smell. (Never rotten chicken, thank god. More like frying fat that ought to be changed.) Yet somehow when they put those sauces on the wings and they blast the wings under the grill, everything comes out lovely. I have eaten in plenty of other chicken wing places, and somehow things always come out lovelier at Buffalo Wild Wings. So I have learned not to think too much about what goes on behind the scenes. b) Call me a moron, but I like playing video poker with the bots while I eat my chicken. It is the world's stupidest game. The bots are easy to beat. I could play the bots for hours. * * * What makes the Buffalo Wild Wings at I-35 and Parmer much worse than the Buffalo Wild Wings in College Station? One. The place gets less than half the crowd of the BWW in College Station. This is half not their fault. Chain restaurants and bars do much worse in Austin than they do in College Station. In Austin, there are more really good local restaurants and bars to go to. Chain restaurants are better than the local places in College Station but worse than the local places in Austin. As a result, the chain places in Austin are often semi-empty. However, Two. Physical maintenance is much worse on I-35 and Parmer. The bathroom was awful and depressing. It was not just a question of organic matter, although that was there too. The back inside of the door itself was discoloring and rotting. They were out of paper towels. The handle of the urinal was disconnecting. The more I looked the more I saw, and none of it was good. The TV on which I was playing poker had color display issues. The normally full-colored game appeared in a sick-looking green-and-black. The other TVs were working fine. I think they had a software interface issue. But hardware, software, whatever the problem was, it took a lot of the fun out of my game. Three. My food was fine. It was the same quality that I get in College Station. However, if you look at the other Yelp reviews, you can see that there have been some fairly major quality control lapses. Some of these are illustrated with very unpleasant photos. Why do they have these problems? When I was at I-35 and Parmer, there was a great big sign up on BWW saying "Help Wanted". I rarely see that in College Station. On a typical College Station shift, I see lots of BWW workers both in the customer area and back in the kitchen. Staffing was pretty sparse here. If the house were to be under-staffed, and, as usually is the case with short-staffed establishments, if the personnel were to be under-trained, then quality control lapses could easily occur. I think that is what is going on at BWW I-35 and Parmer. * * * I continue to be a regular at my normal Buffalo Wild Wings. I doubt I would ever go back to the BWW at I-35 and Parmer. It could be they have terrible local management. Or it could simply be that they get less traffic in Austin than in non-metropolitan places. The lower level of traffic would produce lower levels of revenue with which to pay for building maintenance and attractive salaries for workers. But that is management's problem and not mine. Definitely not the best experience we could of had. Was not greeted for 15 minutes, took another 25 to finally get drinks and order & then when we finally did place our order.. it took a whole HOUR for our food to come out. The manager did rounds & when he came to our booth, we asked for our food and shortly came out with it. The food was very cold and it was noticeable that it had been sitting at the window for quite some time since the sauce was all dried. We asked for wet, & the sauce was all dried. Could use a major improvement from food, service to the host. We got in they didn't want to seat us because tables were dirty. Which is understandable but not 30 minute wait. Then it felt like the server was the only one there for a while. He was nice, but forgot to refill drinks, asked for refills multiple times never got them. Food was okay but not what I ordered. I never like giving less than three stars, but I have to be honest. Hadn't been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in years, but my memories were different than reality. The husband was shocked when, not in the mood to cook, I suggested BWW. Normally I avoid chain restaurants. I like supporting local and trying new places. But a few things were going on the moment BWW popped into my head. 1) We always seem to struggle deciding where to go on the fly. Haven't found our neighborhood bar/restaurant yet. It was late and I didn't feel like messing around. (Hence, the appeal of chains: you know what you're in for.) 2) In our immediate area, (we didn't feel like going far) there are few plain, old American restaurants that aren't BBQ or Tex Mex-at least few that we've found-and I just wanted simple and boring(?) 3) I was feeling homesick. I'd only been to BWW twice before, in my home state of Pennsylvania, and both evoked happy memories. Here is probably where I got tripped up. The memories were about the company, not BWW. Something felt amiss the moment we walked in. The place didn't have the homey feel I recalled. It was vast and cold. We headed toward the bar area and there were more TVs than I remembered-they surrounded the entire bar section. The beer list was lame, so the husband wasn't happy, nor was I when the only drink that appealed to me was a (weak) Bahama Mama. The menu seemed different, too. I didn't plan on wings, but nothing else appealed to me. My excitement for a "Philadelphia Cheesesteak" disappeared when I saw it came with pico de gallo. NOT a hallmark of a Philly cheesesteak. (I missed the "Southwest" part of the title. Not a big wing eater, I ordered a portion of small boneless at the bartender's suggestion-ironically 50 cents less than the traditional wings-half with teriyaki and half with Caribbean jerk. Both fine, but the jerk was too spicy for me to eat them all. The side mac and cheese came out with some noodles cold, others warm at best. Manager Zach didn't like that I had a service dog. Said I was feeding him. Dog does as dogs do and jumped up and grabbed a chicken wing. Zach then told me he wasn't and that I had to leave. I pointed out his collar and Zach backed off. Why is it that people don't respect service dogs. Zack doesn't understand for sure. I don't think I'll be going back there. Disrespectful for sure. Apparently Zach needs more training in customer service. Just because my dog was hungry? Come on! You don't know what people need with their dogs. I ordered the boneless sampler, a house side salad and fried pickles through door dash, but I delivery only took 5-10 minutes There was no salsa, marinara sauce, or southwest ranch sauce, for the sampler. Not sure who wants to eat mozzarella sticks without my marinara sauce. The onion rings were kind of soggy, the nachos were very soggy. I requested they switch the house greens with romaine, because you're a sports bar - why are you trying to get fancy with your salad, and they didn't swap it. The fried pickles were soggy, and had little flavor. The boneless chicken wings were basically tiny tenders. The mozzarella sticks are OK but the centers were hard and obviously missing something by not having a dipping sauce. I've tried delivery from Hurricane Grill and Wings, Wings and More, Buffalo Wings and Rings in Round Rock, and now Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered pickup from here about a month ago and when I got home I found my wings look dried out... I was hungry so I kept eating but the wings were so poorly cooked it was like chewing shitty beef jerky. They were by far the worst wings I have ever had in my life, worse than Tyson frozen wings... I got about 10 wings in when the skin on one of the wings was so tough it came unraveled in a long sting instead of coming apart and I literally started choking bad. I started trying to dislodge what I was choking on with no success, I couldn't even get in one other breath so I reached into the back of my throat and pulled it out and barely survived. I have never choked before in my life so stay away from where because their wings are literally so bad they might kill you. Our entire visit we never actually figured out who our server was. we were told to do all of our ordering online due to the servers being too busy. we did so then waited for over half an hour before any of us saw a single drink. You can never really go wrong with BWW. The thing I like about this chain is the consistency at their restaurants. This specific visit was take out as we were staying in a hotel a few miles away. Called in the order for 40 wings (bogo half off) and was told the food would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived at 22 minutes and food was ready and waiting for me (great at timeline), the staff was nice and friendly and even tried to see if I was eligible for an additional discount. I can understand when people make a mistake of two in the process. However, when all you do is make mistakes, it's shocking to see that you can keep the lights on. So I go to their website to get a delivery sent to my work. I'm a quarter of a mile away and the site tells me I'm out of the delivery area. Yes, I verified the address and made sure I was in the correct location. If you can't deliver within two tenths of a mile, you don't deliver. I pick up the phone to attempt to order by phone. A woman answers and I say I want to place and order. She hangs up. I know phones are hard to use and it's easy to hang up when you hear voices. I call back and ask for a manager. I hold for a bit to get Peter who laughs when I tell him about the delivery problem and offers no solution. He also seems absent of a clue as to why they hang up on people who call in orders. When I ask him if a delivery order can be place over the phone he says, "oh sure let me put Valerie on the phone." Then I'm on hold again. To me, this is where being a manager myself I see the deal through to make sure my customer is taken care of. So Valerie comes on the line, takes my order and then tells me that delivery orders cannot be placed over the phone. This time I hang up due to the volume of the stupidity in this process. Later I decide to update Peter on the failure and the fact that I took my business to Wings N More who delivered without incident. Peter was in a meeting. Peter if you're reading this I'd love to know what your meeting was about. I have always been a BWW fan and adore the half price wing days(Tuesday for traditional and Thursday for boneless) and have them atleast once a week. Amazing collection of sauces. The drinks menu and the dine in experience are good if done on time. Live sporting events are worth watching from here. But recently the quality of service has gone down drastically. Maybe because of labor shortage or material shortage, dont know what but its really bad currently. Time is not being honored for even orders placed through phone or app. Will go back for the wings for sure; just praying that service improves. read more

Do NOT waste your TIME and MONEY in this place! GM is super rude! It makes me sick! How can someone be a GM when he does not treat people good, as customers we don't own you anything, next time if you are short staff, there's something called "wait list" that way you don't have customers waiting over 30 minutes for drinks, and it's our choice to wait or not. If you sit someone in a table that means you have a waiter ready to at least take drinks orders and actually delivered within the next 10-15 minutes max. read more
